Service was excellent but the service appointment process is poor. Took me 5 attempts to set an appointment. Long holds, hang ups , and no returned calls. Finally got through. Once connected the rep was very friendly. It's not a people issue. It's a process issue.

We are loving our Bronco. It gets so many compliments on it. It rides so smooth and comfortable. Also it is extremely roomy on the inside.

More fun than I've ever had! I recently purchased a 2024 Bronco outer banks. Yes the road noise is bad mmmm but its a soft top convertible and yes the premium radio was not great so I added a 500 watt subwoofer. But the truth is I feel Like a kid when I drive it!!! if your looking for a Lexus this aint it but soooooo much fun!

The whole process has been done remotely. It has been a little difficult to get questions answered. I have been dealing with the Used Car Superstore.

4 door Outer Banks. Wanted a comfortable but more rugged 4wd daily driver, moved from BMW X5, very different. Very pleased. Great build quality, no squeaks or rattles. Ford Sync system quite good. Lack of rear air vents solved for 2025 but not overly concerned and year end rebates swung me. 4 Cylinder is smooth, peppy , slightly droning. Smooth, comfortable, bit more wind noise with hardtop than I prefer but knew that at the outset. Did not get bigger tire package for fear of excessive tire noise. Have a 2023 Jeep Wrangler Sahara which I like but this Bronco is better on every level- no contest

Superior ride and ability over the Bronco Sport. It had no problem going through 4 feet of snow. Excellent handling. $ wheel drive plus the extra modes of traction makes it the best 4 wheel drive vehicle that I have ever owned. I do have the soft top but had no problems in weather that was around 0 degrees. I was suprised how warm it was inside. For a soft top, it kept the heat in and the cold out.

I could not be more satisfied. Jeff Ashbrook was an incredible salesman, so honest and professional. Everything that we talked about on the phone was 100 percent what happened when we arrived. We drove about 100 mile to buy this jeep, they beat the local dealer by several thousand dollars. The sales manager was great to work with and the salesman that did the delivery was fantastic. Sales person went over all the options on our new Gladiator he even programmed both our phones. I feel he spent plenty of time with us and was not rushed at all. Salesman also had the jeep filled with gas and our old license plate on the new jeep while we signed all the paperwork. The wife and I both highly recommend this dealership for anyone ready to purchase smoothest transaction I’ve ever had buying a vehicle.
