More fun than I've ever had! I recently purchased a 2024 Bronco outer banks. Yes the road noise is bad mmmm but its a soft top convertible and yes the premium radio was not great so I added a 500 watt subwoofer. But the truth is I feel Like a kid when I drive it!!! if your looking for a Lexus this aint it but soooooo much fun!

4 door Outer Banks. Wanted a comfortable but more rugged 4wd daily driver, moved from BMW X5, very different. Very pleased. Great build quality, no squeaks or rattles. Ford Sync system quite good. Lack of rear air vents solved for 2025 but not overly concerned and year end rebates swung me. 4 Cylinder is smooth, peppy , slightly droning. Smooth, comfortable, bit more wind noise with hardtop than I prefer but knew that at the outset. Did not get bigger tire package for fear of excessive tire noise. Have a 2023 Jeep Wrangler Sahara which I like but this Bronco is better on every level- no contest

We are so impressed on how we were treated and the amount of kindness that exists at Grubbs Volvo. We are usually BMW & Mercedes drivers and have been with a neighboring dealership for over 12 years. Superior ride and ability over the Bronco Sport. It had no problem going through 4 feet of snow. Excellent handling. $ wheel drive plus the extra modes of traction makes it the best 4 wheel drive vehicle that I have ever owned. I do have the soft top but had no problems in weather that was around 0 degrees. I was suprised how warm it was inside. For a soft top, it kept the heat in and the cold out.

I would recommend Principle Volkswagen with a caveat - once you get into Service, everyone is great and we've never had a problem with Service. I like the video from the mechanic showing and detailing what was done. However, reaching them on the phone is a nightmare. The phone to Service rings and rings, then disconnects. If you can finally get to a point to leave a message, they are never returned.

Outstanding experience working with this dealership. I handled the transaction totally by phone and the internet. Smoothly and without a hitch. First class operation.

Took my Mini in for a service at Mini of Dallas. They are courteous and friendly. They produce a video informing me of any repairs that are needed, all the while, I sit in a very comfortable lounge with free coffee and snacks

I traded in my vehicle here and bought a new one recently and have nothing but good feelings about this dealership. My salesman, Ray, was great and worked with me to answer all my questions. I can't speak to the service department at this dealership as I haven't had to use them yet but the sales experience was one of the better ones I've had.
