Purchase went smooth however only had the vehicle, 2020 Explorer, for less than a month. Called the service department today as the drivers seat has a rip on the stitch line and Woodhouse South are not willing to repair the seat. Even purchased the premium warranty. Even has a transmission issues and they are not looking at that either. Why purchase a warranty if the dealership does not honor it. Would like a call from the owner of Woodhouse to resolve these issues.

getting my care from the Colorado Springs location was the best decision ever. I have bought multiple car's over the years and I feel like I was just another sale to them. Joshua was so amazing. He was polite and patient with us while we had to get some documents and was even nicer in person. I like how they have the express option because as busy people going to buy a car can be time consuming. We were able to sign everything online and only spent about 20 minutes at the dealership picking up my car. 2025 Ford Bronco review
With about 3500 miles at this point, the Broco has been a great vehicle. Very reliable and enjoyable to drive. It is the Outer Banks trim package which provides a good level of options. The V6 provides good performance.
