Vance Auto Group Guthrie review
In the days of corona virus John Vance motors was offering internet buying. The offer by Mr. Vance on video seemed sincere. Since it was sight unseen I expected the sales force to be my eyes and ears on site and be and do more than if I were there to check things myself. I asked several questions about various things, got affirmative answers and was assured twice that "they check everything". When car was delivered (400 miles) there were many things that were wrong (they did not check everything), without going into detail of all the problems I notified the sales people by email, no response. I notified John Vance, the owner, and can't say enough good about John. He took care of things immediately and as much as possible for me being distant, said that is not the way they do business. I believe him, and I feel confident that the next internet sale will be treated with integrity and double check "everything" thoroughly. If only reviewing John it would be 5 star.

We worked with Ty and Cord. Both of them were lovely, and we would recommend them to anyone. We bought a used vehicle, but our experience was vastly different with Ty, than with other used car salespeople. She is exceptional, and your dealership is made better because of her. I would make the 2.5 hour drive to Norman, just to buy from her again. She is not pushy or slimy like other salespeople we talked to. She has a wonderful way about her- she is kind, funny, cheerful and honest. She seems eager to help, but in a way that engenders trust, familiarity and friendship. All salespeople working on commission should be more like Ty. We were so lucky to get to work with her.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Weber! I came in with poor credit but a strong income, and I had been having such a hard time finding a lender here in Missouri. From the moment I walked in, everything changed. Chris Belesis and Andrew Quinones truly went above and beyond for me. Andrew especially deserves all the praise—he is hands down the most patient, understanding, and dedicated finance person I’ve ever worked with. He took his time, explained everything, and never made me feel judged or rushed. He really made the impossible feel possible. Because of him, I was approved for a 2022 BMW xDrive 28i, and I am beyond grateful. This wasn’t just a purchase—it was a blessing. As a mom of 5, this means everything to me… and trust me, I’ve got 5 cars to buy 😂 I will definitely be back! Already planning to return in December for my daughter’s 16th birthday.
