I found my dream car online and when I inquired about it Donna reached out to me promptly to discuss it. After finalizing the price range that I wanted for the car I decided just from the phone conversations from the 2 of them that they had earned my business. When I arrived at the front I was greeted and Mr. John Paul worked with me on getting my dream car. Mr. Paul is an amazing person. He made me feel like he was selling a car to his own daughter. He was very knowledgeable and gave me some great advice. I don't care about the miles... Lithia Springs Ford will always have a customer in me.

As usual I got what I needed done in a time frame that fit MY schedule. I had two tires with leaks. One could be fixed, at a lower cost than other dealerships' prices, the other could not. (Too close to the sidewall) It's a few days later and the tire is at the same pressure. They also rotated my tires at no cost! Thank you guys for finding the worn back brakes. That diagnosed the squeaking. Ask for Jonny Streetman. He's always been honest with me.

Great car! The administration (new car, service) )building was spacious and clean. The preowned building was clean, just not 'new'. The admin building was a preferred place to wait for the paperwork closing process - which took a little longer than hoped for this out-of-state sale and licensing requirements. I would highly recommend this dealership based on our experience. Still a few open items from our sale but the needed items are on order.
