I was a recent college graduate and let's just say, trying to buy a car had been an absolute nightmare. I tried several dealerships before a friend referred me to Eddie Pruit Ford. Wow! From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by the difference. The people are trustworthy, considerate, and genuine, things I had sworn could NEVER describe car salesmen. I hate buying 'new' cars. I hate that awful feeling of being took advantage of. I hate the feeling of paying too much. I hate dealing with dealerships. After spending half my day at a local mega dealership in Decatur,Al I got fed up and left. We drove 10 minutes to Hartselle, Al to a smaller dealership , Eddie Preuitt Ford. Right away I new they were different. The Preuitts, family and kids are there playing in the lobby. It's a very friendly welcoming experience. The place ain't fancy but why does it have to be to sell a car? Jason, met us at the door with a handshake and after a small discussion of what we were looking for he tossed us a set of keys. We test drove Two cars. About 2 hours later I was signing the dotted line. The price was so low, so reasonable i almost felt bad for the dealership. We left Eddie Preuitt Ford in our new car. This is how you treat people. This is what customer service should be. We will only deal with Eddie Preuitt Ford.

I purchased my 2011 Ford Fusion from another dealer. I began going to Eddie Preuitt after discovering how easy it was to get in for service. I drive about 50k miles per year. I just purchased a 2014 Ford Edge for my wife from Eddie Preuitt Ford. I will never purchase a vehicle anywhere else. We received an unbelievable amount for our trade-in and got a great deal on the new vehicle. There was no hassle or hours wasted, unlike other dealerships where the salesperson has to go to the sales manager - no pressure, no sales tactics, no up-charges, and no crazy fees.
