I gladly recommend the service department at AutoNation Ford Bellevue. I received notice of a ford safety recall, and when I called in to schedule a repair, I spoke with Vivienne. She was friendly and professional, providing me further information on what the recall entailed. She helped me get a service appointment setup quickly. On the day of the appointment, she made me feel welcome and taken care of, getting the details of the repair sorted quickly, all the while taking an interest in my day and working to make my service appt as timely as possible. When it appeared the appt would take more than a few hours, due to limited technicians available, she arranged a ride share service back home and to the dealer so that I could work while the service was completed. Cheerful and friendly throughout, Vivienne reminded me why I am pleased that I chose to lease a car from AutoNation Ford Bellevue.

Ty V. was great! We came in to look at some small to midsize SUVs, and ty helped us out from the moment we pulled into the lot. He wasn’t overly pushy, he gave us his honest opinion and recommendation which was greatly appreciated! Awesome job!

I have one complaint. When I bought my car I presented my DD214 to the closing person to get my Purple Heart license plate. When I got a plate which was delivered to the dealership it was NOT a Purple Heart license plate. Turns out a Purple Heart license plate can only be mailed directly to the vehicle owner and NOT to the dealership. The application had to be resubmitted for the plate which I got in the mail, and, I had to file for a refund of the fees which should not have been paid. However, not all the fees paid in error and charged to me on closing were refundable. So, if you're going to apply for a Purple Heart license plate, remember Titus-Will may be ignorant (hard to believe) on the process. I would have thought such a large dealership should have known the state limitation on the mailing of these plates. So I am out some dollars.

Janay was my salesman and she is the most knowledgeable salesman and leader I have come across in the business. The experience was exceptional and due to her ethics also her follow ups I will be buying a truck from her in the near future.

Special shout out to Vivienne and my technician who were customer- focused, transparent, empathetic to my concerns and ensured my truck was taken care of! constant and open communication throughout process and Vivienne and my technician even sent me a post service recorded video of my truck assuring me that all work had been completed. Only thing I didn't like was a.i. communication to even get a hold of dealership. Very personable front desk personnel. Thorough,efficient,nice. Parts dept extremely helpful. Service dept did everything asked with a smile and detailed workmanship. Very happy!
