Four Stars Ford review
We were driving our Toyota Highlander home on Dec. 27th when the engine message suddenly told us to get off the road and stop the engine immediately. A police officer kindly contacted the nearest dealership which was Fourstars Ford. Eli from Ford arrived and accessed the engine noting we were leaking too -much oil when the engine ran. We called our AAA to be towed to the dealership. Eli then shuttled myself and young daughter to the dealership for comfort. He then went back to the Toyota where he and my husband sat in his warm truck while waiting about an hour and a half for the tow truck. At Ford, techs changed an oil cooler tubing and informed us that we could drive it home now. They were kind, considerate and said it's Christmas so no charge. To our relief we made it home that night 5 hours later without incident. We just could'nt believe they would not take our money for about an hours work. This review will show our gratitude, thanks again!

Working with Shelby and the the Four Stars Ford Sales team was an absolute delight. I literally bought my car from home, sitting in my recliner, while watching a Bowl Game, 300 miles away. At 4:50pm on a Friday, they took him in, found the part, installed it, and had him back on the road in half the time estimated! They went above and beyond!
