In October 2020 I purchased my 2020 Ford Explorer ST at Koons Sterling Ford and have loved every minute of driving it. I've had it in for regular maintenance and recalls at the dealership but just recently on September 26, 2025, I had my best experience when I brought my Explorer in for a new battery. I had the pleasure of having Bradley Cadenas as my service rep and was very impressed with his professionalism and his outstanding product knowledge regarding my Ford Explorer. I wasn't aware of the FordPass reward points I had accumulated, and Bradley was very helpful in helping me manage these and applying them towards the cost of the new battery and related service work. I felt like I got the "red carpet" treatment and look forward to working with Bradley in the future--he is a credit to the dealership and particularly to the service department. Good morning Just returned home from a week long trip in Arizona we did some work around our desert vacation home 4.5 hrs out and 4.5 hrs back in our new Ford Maverick. We have this to share about the Maverick, the lay out of the dash instrument and entertainment display appears to be Designed by a 9th grade visual arts student with total lack of forthought. The entertainment firmware, software and user interface was built by his dyslexic sister, the lane assist is poor and slow to react. The interior the door panels look like they were made with left over corian counter tops and the center console looks like it has blue Tupperware inserts. I'm a long long time Ford customer not only did Ford miss the mark I'm pretty sure they didn't even know where the mark is, my only hope is this Maverick disappears. I bought my wife a KIA (her choice) and it looks and runs circles around the Maverick. Ask the finance to return calls. On the bright side the Maverick rims look good. Have a blessed day Should of bought a different vehicle guy
