I brought my 2008 Ranger in for leaf spring shackle replacement and it turned out that the brackets that mount the shackles to the frame were also bad. Since they quoted me a price to replace the shackles only, they replaced the brackets with no labor charge.

Josh had helped me before with finding a car when he worked at kia, so contacted him and told josh that I was in need of a vehicle and that I would be bringing my son up to see if he can get a vehicle too.
