I have been quite happy with my experience with Park Ford. I returned my old lease to them even though I leased it through a different dealer. They made the buying process a breeze and got me in a new Explorer with zero hassle. Maintenance is great, with service to my home for minor work like oil changes, warranty items, and recalls. Service even called me while I was on the road and helped diagnose a problem remotely. So far not a single complaint.

If at home service doesn't work for you, but you want to wait while your car is serviced, their waiting area is nice too.
