I came to your dealership to find a "good" used car, but had no real idea what i was looking for. I was given immediate attention. I told the guy who came up to me that I wanted a "small" car, and he told me he had only one @ this dealership, and he proceeded to show me the Fiat 500, which I took on a test drive and subsequently purchased. I put information about my car into Kelley Bluebook.com. I received an email from Luis at Autonation Ford saying they were interested in the car and explaining how the process works if we sold it to them. We went in and worked with him and sold the car to the dealership. He was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The process went smoothly, just as he had indicated in the email. I appreciated that they didn?t play games and we were pleased with the process. Would recommend.

Josh Evans is an amazing service technician. He made nearly a dozen calls to insure reimbursement would be smooth and efficient. Our MKz inspection and oil and filter change met our expectations. About reimbursement, I was able to call Moto Assure, set up and account and mail MA AutoNation Ford's invoice and payment slips. Low and behold, thanks to Josh, we will get a reimbursement in a couple of weeks. ANF has our business going forward.
