Devin was very quick to respond and was able to work through some issues I had with the deal. I also worked with Ricky in the finance department and all I can say is he went above and beyond what I ever expected from a dealership! He is extremely personable and helped me work through some different options to get to the payment I wanted. In the end, it was the best possible experience I could have imagined. I put information about my car into Kelley Bluebook.com. I received an email from Luis at Autonation Ford saying they were interested in the car and explaining how the process works if we sold it to them. We went in and worked with him and sold the car to the dealership. He was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The process went smoothly, just as he had indicated in the email.
