On 8/23/25 After an exhausting search, we were blessed to be connected with Lloyd (Lincoln side) of Hennessy Ford Atlanta. We were looking for a specific used car I saw online (that we learned was located on the Ford side) but our GPS took us to the Lincoln side. The entire process from start to finish went smoothly and Lloyd made sure we felt valued every step of the way. I experienced a level of customer service with Hennessy Ford that is definitely lacking at other dealerships.(If you've ever been to Gwinnett Place Nissan you understand). Even though it was a used car and not their brand, Lloyd still thought it not robbery to call us to see how things were going with the vehicle. Now, that's service! I highly recommend Hennessy Ford and Lloyd to anyone needing a new or used vehicle.They really do care about their reputation!

Our experience was 5star! We picked this dealership because they had such a huge selection of F450 diesel trucks. From the moment we arrived and was approached by salesman DW, our experience only got better. He was knowledgeable, attentive and took great care of all of our needs. We had the spray in bed liner and retractable cover added with their customization shop and all was on point. I can’t say enough about the dealership and DW…the absolute best experience buying a vehicle!

David the tech and Johnny the advisor were fantastic. Everyone was very professional and courteous. Unlike the past experiences I have had at this dealership, this time was great and I will continue coming here and telling others to also. Something has changed and it?s for the better. As usual I got what I needed done in a time frame that fit MY schedule. I had two tires with leaks. One could be fixed, at a lower cost than other dealerships' prices, the other could not. (Too close to the sidewall) It's a few days later and the tire is at the same pressure. They also rotated my tires at no cost! Thank you guys for finding the worn back brakes. That diagnosed the squeaking. Ask for Jonny Streetman. He's always been honest with me.
