Service Department: Excellent/outstanding service. The work done on my truck (2500 Ram Laramie -Crew Cab-8 ft. bed) was perfect. Note: I’ve also taken in my GT Convertible Mustang and would give them five stars for this vehicle as well. This department goes above and beyond from start to finish. Over these past four years you have grown to surpass all of the competitors in the Watertown/Fort Drum area (work done, price, arrangements for both car and driver pickup, work time, after services (wash), customer service, open/clean/comfortable waiting area with workspace & snacks, followup, discounts (thank you for the immaculate detail), and advice on future services and upkeep, etc. Multiple duty stations, in the past 26 years, I can say their service department is a cut above the rest.
2023 Ford Bronco review
I bought a brandnew 2023 Ford Bronco Black Diamond 2.7L with Sasquatch packaje in November 2024, there are no complains up to now, it runs better than I expected and is very comfortable inside. Acceleration is also better than expected in spite of 35 inches factory tires, I love it.

I feel we got a good deal on the 2022 Subaru Outback. I would of liked to have got more for our trade in but they did install a trailer hitch . The asking price on the Subaru was very fair , it was like getting a new vehicle for $11,000 less than a 2024 and kinda offset any loss on trade in. Very friendly sales staff , made the whole buying process easy.
2025 Ford Bronco review
With about 3500 miles at this point, the Broco has been a great vehicle. Very reliable and enjoyable to drive. It is the Outer Banks trim package which provides a good level of options. The V6 provides good performance.
