I've been to dealerships up and down the Treasure coast, not saying there aren't other great dealerships, but this one stood out among most. My experience with the salesman Edison was anything but high-pressured. He was low keyed, compassionate, helpful and insightful. The manager Phil was extremely patient, friendly and accommodating to the point of matching me to my next ride. Soooo unlike the dealership I went to that was the diametric opposite... Bev. The finance officer Lauren was a delight to work with in closing out the paperwork which is always such a dreadful part of the process. Ford had a great idea in the C-Max hybrid. So many places we travel don’t have the plug ins for electric. We have many trips with 40+ to 50 mpg. Ford missed the mark when they discontinued manufacturing the C-Max. Bring back the car and make us look toward the future !

Electrical problems
The only problem is electrical. I never was told many things from dealership and also never received charging cable. I have 65000 miles and keep up regularly with maintenance. Code reads a fault code and now I have to pay for a diagnostic check. Why????

2016 Ford C-Max Hybrid SEL review
Great car
All the advantages of an SUV (You sit high; lots of interior room extremely easy entry and exit) and none of the disadvantages. My prior car was a 2013 Focus HB. This car is built on the same frame but you sit high, far more interior space, and better mileage. I bought used '13 with 80K miles. My best mileage has been high 30s, not the figures I see from other reviewers. But love the car and would get another in a heartbeat. Whatever prompted Ford to discontinue it (cheap gas?) is beyond me, but there will be plenty of good used ones around if/when mine gives out.
