Fast service and very professional
I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!

Easy entry and exit. Great mileage!
I'm 6' and over 80 so do not bend well but can get in and out of this car without banging my head as I do in my Fusion. Mileage is great. Around 39 mpg. Have had no issues with the car so far. Main complaint I have with the manufactures is not supplying hybris with spare tires. They should at least ship them with "run flat" tires. My replacements will be as this is an issue.

Best car I have ever owned!!!
I own a 2014 CMax, gas mileage is the best! I average a tank of gas every 2-3 wks, drive it every day for work and errands. This is the best car I have ever owned. Fabulous on gas mileage, easy to handle, spacious. I never thought I would be happy with a hybrid but it was a decision for the better. I recommend the CMax to everyone I know looking for another car. The best value for the money, well worth the purchase.

Nice guys. They showed me their prices and fees. The test drive process was incredibly simple. Almost too easy. When it came time to start the buying process I didn’t understand all the fees and more fees that changed the price of a 2011 Camry from 10,900 to up around 13,000. I appreciate they gotta make a living and they’re a little shop…but I’m little too. I ultimately didn’t buy, but like I said, nice guys and way easy process to test drive a vehicle.
