I bought my 08 ford edge sel used. I did tune up first week of ownership and regular maintenence as scheduled. Always reliable and comfortable. Only complaint is back interior. The light in the trunk was always covered as I always had stuff in trunk and back window did not open separate from trunk door like other suvs. Unfortunately after 7 years and 100000 miles plus from me I became unconscious while driving and destroyed her. She saved me though. Impressive safety in crash. Definitely would buy again

I was so pleasantly surprised by my experience buying a Subaru at Dellenbach. It was like hanging out with a bud. We decided to go look at some other lots and he was just chill, didn't tey to jeep us there. We decided to buy one of the cars and returned. The whole process was fast and easy. Buck ran my credit, gave Patrick the paperwork for me to sign very quickly. It was after 5:00 so I couldn't get to the bank for my cash down payment and they informed me that running my debit card for that amount would be costly. They said just take the car and come back in the morning with the money, put a liscenses plate on the car and I was home in time for dinner. This a reasonable compact SUV. I bought it very cheap used as I just had moved to Saudi Arabia and I didn't have enough funds to buy new. Been quite reliable. There are few things that need to be looked out for: 1. Water pump: It is internal to engine so if it leaks coolant mixes with oil and can destroy engine. Sulution: Regular change of coolant tends to prevent premature failure. 2. PTU for AWD vehicles. That is another design blunder. They made it sealed but the oil inside actually boils up and destroys the unit. Solution: See YouTube videos and drain and refill yourself. 3. OSS/TSS are sensors for transmission. They fail early and need to be replaced along with solenoid. Transmission itself is solid. 4. Spark plugs and coils need to be changed at around 80-100k miles. They can fry the PCM if not done so timely.

Walked in and greeted with a pretty rough area to do business. A salesman met me and I told him the car I wanted to see. He went and got it. I took it for a drive came back and said I want it. He started working with me and like 3 other customers. Pretty unorganized. I was there from 1:00 to after 5:00. Overall Jerred Miehlke was nice and helpful. I left and drove 1 1/2 hour home and engine light came on. Jerred did say cars go through no checks. If they drive we sell them.be careful and check out the vehicle extensively. I do like the car good price just sharing the salesman was weird. I bought a brand new car in less than 30 minutes before so this was rough. Overall I think I did ok. Just be ready for a very long process. Come early if you live some distance away.
