This review is easy for me. It's a little unique in the fact I don't have the car yet. I bought a car from Rachael and Dave about a month ago and was so overly satisfied with everything I committed to buying another one we saw online. We're on vacation and when something perfect for our needs appeared I called Rachael and made the arrangement without hesitation. While making this type of purchase isn't unusual it's missing some things. Apprehension, reluctance, fear and stress. In a world where purchasing a T shirt online fills you with some level of all of those I have none of that in buying a car from them. The only reason for this is unthinkable trust. I can't convey enough good about all of what they do and sell to take a person to this level. Foreign territory for me and it feels great. I'll update when I meet my blind date!

When I was able to look, the salesman (forgot the name opps) was helpful and straight forward and understood the car buying experience knowing a customer will want to negotiate the best price out the door. Overall good experience. Only real complaint is all the extra non-sense they want to tack on your loan, off the top was able to decline $2,300 right away. But I do get it they are a business needing to make $. Only thing I do appreciate is they didn't force it down your throat so it's a wash.
