I can't say enough about how amazing the folks at Lithia Springs Ford were and how great they treated me. I found my dream car online and when I inquired about it Donna reached out to me promptly to discuss it. I was a little nervous about negotiating the price of the car over the phone so I wanted to get my own financing. I spoke with the sales manager Mr. "Super" Mario Rencher and he was amazing and eased all of my doubts and fears. He assured me that he was going to take care of me and he certainly did. After finalizing the price range that I wanted for the car I decided just from the phone conversations from the 2 of them that they had earned my business. TRY A FORD EDGE
Never in my life have I owned a Ford but this is my second Ford Edge. A 2021 Edge ST is my second and although the Titanium version was a pleasure the ST with it's handling and performance is a step above. The Edge is more comfortable than most SUV's with much more hauling capacity. Just a great fun car to drive and quite a value.

2021 Ford Edge SE review
Great vehicle except for fussy touch-screen
I had a 2018 Titanium Edge which I loved for its comfort, smooth ride, trouble free mechanics, and looks but wanted to move up to the available driver assistance/safety features. The 2021 features those nicely. I have the Titanium again which I think is worth the extra cost. The cooled seats are better than vented A/C alone. The '21 has a 4 cylinder paired with an eight-speed transmission. That is good with a small gain in gas mileage but not as smooth as the '18 six-cylinder. My main complaint is the tablet-sized control touch-screen which has all the adjustments for interior climate. It can take two touches (or a touch and a slide) to make some adjustments and can draw one's attention off the road for too long if you're not careful. The missing knobs and buttons would be way better.

I called on Saturday about a infinity g37. Greg answered my call and said ask for him when I came in. When I got there the place was super busy but everyone was friendly. I asked for Greg he already had the car out front for us. He was open and honest about the car. It's a used car at a great price but never would I of thought the salesman would be honest about the condition of it. We test drove it and decided to buy. Greg treated us with respect and honesty through the whole process. I asked that a sensor that Greg told us about be changed and the car given a oil change. Greg said it would be Monday before the car was ready. Greg called me early Monday afternoon and said the car was ready. I came in and completed the sale. I can't speak for anyone else at this dealership but if you want a honest salesman and to be treated right ask for Greg.

I like this car very much with one exception. The paint quality is not good. I’ve had to repair several chips in paint. Seems like you barely touch car and paint will chip. I have Star White which is a premium color. This shouldn’t happen. Touch up paint works great! Too badI have to use it!

Drives nice and roomy. But has the loudest engine rattle I have ever heard and dealer service dept says it’s normal. I’m ready to trade it it for something that’s not a ford. My 2012 edge was much quieter…I should have kept it. I bought the 2021 edge new November 2021
