Used 2022 Ford Edge SEL for sale near Grosse Pointe, MI

We went to the used car lot to see if they had anything we may be interested. Our salesman Keith listened to us and showed us a beautiful 2019 Ford Edge, that we ended up buying! We were very pleased with Keith and all his knowledge and would go back to the dealership again!

I purchased the titanium awd edge which came with 20 inch wheels and the ride was a bit rough. I had a 2016 with 18 inch wheels and it was very smooth. I found a set of 18 inch original ford wheels, purchased new tires and now it rides like a dream. It´s quiet, handles well, the interior is a bit dated, but has all the tech and safety I need. I compared the X3 and Q5, but the Edge had a lower price and was loaded. Not a single problem since I bought it, just regular service and one recall that was fixed while I waited at the dealer. I highly recommend it.

I drove a 2022 Ford Edge SEL for 50 miles its not bad. The interior is decent not cheap feeling except the turn signal stalks infotainment is well layed out and front seats comfortable. The exterior is boring. It is a generic SUV and lights are bright, braking is generic Ford the ride can be a bit harsh the ecoboost 2.0t is fine they are fairly reliable if you simply keep up on changing the oil my ST with 2.0T has 330k on it. If the transmission is decent gets slightly confused in traffic, but other than that it's fine, overall, I would say it's definitely a vehicle.

This is a wonderful place to buy a car and they take such care in all they do. The facility is very nice and clean. Our salesman Chris doesn?t pressure us and answers all of our concerns. Justin goes over everything in the car with you and you really need that since these cars are computers! We purchased the Aviator and love it!

I previously had a 2016 SEL and loved it until it started having problems. I just purchased the 2022 Titanium AWD last month. This was the best purchase yet. The space needed for my family is optimal. The sound system is amazing, the touch screen has everything I need at my fingertips and drives like a dream.

I’m glad they offer both courtesy drop off AND pick up from your home within a certain mileage, other dealership closer to home does not

I bought my ford Edge ST in July of 2022 and to this day it has performed brilliantly the infotainment center is very user friendly with a A1 stereo system that is very soothing and pleasing to the ears ,the Navigation system is a little questionable at times however the Edge drive quality and handling is spot on the vehicle’s interior is comfortable and very spacious this is my very first Ford vehicle I’m impressed - Good job Ford

If you're like me, taking your car for service is right up there with going to the dentist. At BMW of Rochester Hills the team works above and beyond to make the process easy.  I'm not an easy customer, I blow in and out of the service depart like it's a pit stop at Detroit Grand Prix. Tonight I realized I had forgotten to grab my spare house key. Within minutes they had contacted me back, circled the wagons and found a solution.  Not only did they rise far beyond expectations, later that evening they proactively reached out to confirm I had made it home safely.  That is customer service! The team at BMW of Rochester Hills recognizes that completing a transaction (be it sales or service) isn't the end but part of the process of building a long term relationship with a customer.  They are truly committed to delivering top notch service and genuinely care that your needs are addressed.  While I don't suggested you lock yourself out of your home to test the validity of my recommendation, I would highly recommend BMW of Rochester Hills, if you are looking for an organization that values you as a customer.

I've gotta say, my car buying experience at Serra Ford for the Ford Ranger was freakin' amazing! The whole team there was top-notch, especially Rachel Kupke, my salesperson.
