I recently sold my beloved Camaro in order to buy a 2023 4Runner TRD Off-Road Premium, and I couldn’t be happier. Andrea, our saleswoman, was simply amazing. She was so down to earth and ✨easy✨ to talk to! I genuinely looked forward to every visit. Andrea made the entire process feel effortless and, honestly, SO fun. 🤗🤗 Just like most people, I usually despise the car-buying process, but this experience was COMPLETELY different. Andrea made it incredibly enjoyable from start to finish. The 4Runner is pristine, and Andrea went above and beyond: she made sure the gas tank was FULL when we drove it off the lot. Small talk and kind gestures speak volumes to me. When you decide you want to go to Wyatt Johnson, don’t be silly and let the front desk choose a salesperson for you! Ask for Andrea!!! You will literally want to hang out with her after! You will have to have a mini mirror session where you look yourself directly in the eyes and talk yourself out of texting her to ask if you can go to her Halloween party 🤣. I bought a used 2020 Ford escape hybrid titanium with 33,000 miles. I came from a 2015 X3 and I am surprised how well this car handles and feels firmly planted. I love the electric driving at slow speeds and you can hear the gas engine come on and it’s louder than my BMW, but I am still pleasantly surprised by the low level of road noise at highway speeds. Mine is Persian green, which is rare, and absolutely beautiful after I waxed it. The exterior is pretty good, considering its price range, and the interior is subpar with the hard plastic on the doors, but overall, the controls are very intuitive, easily reachable, and after I learned how to use all the options, my favorite feature is the adaptive cruise control with stop and go and lane centering. The car basically just drives itself, even in the city at low speeds. I just have to make the turns and stop at red lights and stop signs if there is no car in front of me. I also love the short stopping distances with the brakes, which feel great and confidence-inspiring, and the steering actually feels better than in my BMW, which was too light at highway speeds. Another feature that sold me was how much legroom there is in the backseat, especially the fact that you can recline the backseat a little bit and also push it a few inches back to create more legroom. There is definitely more legroom in the front and back than in my BMW, even though my BMW was a few inches longer than this car. I love the look of the RAV4 hybrid XLE and it has more cargo room, but if you check the user reviews, you’ll see that the Escape hybrid actually beats it in mpg and in my area, I would’ve paid $8k - $9k more for a similar used RAV4 so I felt like the Escape hybrid was a better value overall. I rarely buy extended warranties with cars, but I did with this one since it was such a good deal at only $4000 but it gave me seven years of extended coverage and up to 80,000 more miles, whichever comes first. Considering how tariffs will affect car part pricing and car repair bills, I thought this was a an exceptional value, just like the car itself. I’ve only had it for three weeks, but I am really enjoying driving the car and seeing how little gas it sips.

Unlike your typical car dealership! These folks got it going on. No pressure, knowledgeable, insightful, helpful and willing to work with you... I've been to dealerships up and down the Treasure coast, not saying there aren't other great dealerships, but this one stood out among most. My experience with the salesman Edison was anything but high-pressured. He was low keyed, compassionate, helpful and insightful. The manager Phil was extremely patient, friendly and accommodating to the point of matching me to my next ride. Soooo unlike the dealership I went to that was the diametric opposite... Bev. The finance officer Lauren was a delight to work with in closing out the paperwork which is always such a dreadful part of the process. If you're interested in purchasing a vehicle without all the hassle that comes with it... Sunrise is the place for you.

Drove this 2021 escape hybrid got 40mpg and the seats were nice. The interior is not bad for the price its cheap but not fall apart cheap. On the outside it's just another white SUV the ride is a bit harsh and the 2.5 4 banger is a reiable engine. All is forgiven when the price is considered $24,000 ($21,000) after NJ EV rebate not bad for the money wireless Android Auto would have been nice though.

Joe was awesome about taking and sending videos of the brand new Grand Wagoneer that they got on the lot before photos were even available online. We stayed in close correspondence and in less than a week, we called the new vehicle "ours." We had a. great experience with Joe and the team at Russ Darrow West Bend.

I purchased a new 2020 Ford Escape Titanium 2.0 AWD in early 2021. Four years and 60,000 miles later, I have little to complain about. The Negatives: Like many newer vehicles, the reliabilty has kept me guessing. The car has had trips to the dealership at 2k miles for a check engine light and rough idle, and various coolant leaks at 30k, 45k, and now 60k. I may try to schedule next years coolant leak appointment at 75k, and hope nothing else goes wrong. I am nervous for reliabilty going forward outside of the warranty. Also, the car depreciated at a painful rate. The Positives: This thing moves! The 2.0 turbo has 250hp and plenty of torque, giving it a surprisingly sporty feel in a little SUV. With highway driving, I regularly get between 35-42mpg. I have also been impressed with its towing ability. It will regularly tow up to the maximum of 3,500 lbs, including a 12' enclosed trailer full of furniture. It handles towing like a champ, while getting 14-16mpg (better than some trucks empty). Other notable positives are the interior design and function, the Fordpass app, and the driving technology (HUD, Adaptive Cruise Control, and Early version of Blue Cruise). Overall, it's a great car for the value. Perfect for a small family or dog owner, looking for something economical and versatile. You may want to get on a first name basis with the local Ford service department and have a backup vehicle.

Kind and friendly staffs. I felt very welcome when I walked in. I was offered shuttle to my design destination. Environment is calm and clean. Very well trained mechanics and technicians.

Was looking for a reliable car to last me a few years I love it so far! Such a beautiful car the speakers sound similar to a small bass box. They are cheap reliable and the best ford has to offer for a long term car

I wanted a medium SUV with towing capacity. Something a step up from by Buick Encore, which I really liked. I really liked the newer redesign of the Escape, when I first saw the image online I didn't recognize it as a Ford Escape. I went for a test drive in a SEL and the Titanium, I was definitely not sold on the SEL coming from the Buick Encore with it's awesome interior leather seats and trim. It was just too far a step down. The SEL also didn't brake correctly on the test drive, possible it needed the brakes replaced. The Titanium drove much better on the test drive and since it was raining, I got a real feel for the vehicle. I found the interior lacking, again coming from the Buick. The leather seats were not in the same class. The door arm rest also. So looking past the leather, the tech was much better. The LED, the 5 drive screens for regular, eco, sport, rain, snow, change with the drive type which is great. The 360 pilot, adaptive cruise, self parking assist, and all the other tech was awesome. Plenty of comfort and room in the back with adjustable seating. Minor repairs on the speakers and the rear door rubber seal were need. Definitely a pain but nothing is perfect. At 250 hp and the 3,500 towing capacity for future use for a pop up trailer, I'm pretty content. An Outback would have set me back 7k more for the same specs. I owned a Impreza hatch which I loved but that was not without it's flaws (for all you Sub fanatics, yes flaws) So as a long road trip car, 5 hours, it was very comfortable and with the minor repairs that were needed I'm still happy with the Ford Escape. My next car? I mix it up. Not sure what it will be.

Was excellent, I worked out a deal at home via phone, email or text, which reduced my time at the dealership. Which resulted in a great buying experience. I was surprised at the number of customers and friendly sales staff on a Monday well that speaks for itself. So if you are looking for a new or used vehicle Honda Marysville was worth the drive.

My 2017 f150, needed a motor, new motor available maybe in July. After rounds with service and a letter to the CEO of the dealership group, the general manager worked out a deal. They bought my F150 back, and now we have a new 2025 Maverick.

I do not often bother to provide reviews of businesses but must make an exception in this case. I have been a customer at Marcotte Ford in Holyoke, Massachusetts now for a few decades. I return to them every time I purchase a new vehicle or have one serviced. This dealership is by far at the top of the heap both in the services they provide and in the extraordinary manner with which they treat customers. The facility is immaculate and features an in-house breakfast and lunch restaurant with ample comfortable seating where you can catch a sandwich or coffee and watch a bit of television if you need to wait for you vehicle to be serviced. Today I picked up my new wheels, an all-electric Mustang MACHe. The process from beginning to end was, as always, remarkably professional and transparent. Andrew helped me every step of the way from letting me know about the car's availability, to trading in my Ford Fusion, to answering all my questions about the multiple bells and whistles on the 2024 Mustang. The business office displayed maximum efficiency and patience and helped me to navigate the finances for this purchase and all of the intricacies that go with purchasing a new car. Marcotte strikes me (and always has) as being a firm where all of the workers are friendly and thoughtful not because they have to be, but because they want to be. After 4 months of looking for an suv, we found one. Although it was listed on Spitzer KIa, Mansfield the vehicle was acutally in North Canton, Ohio. We contacted Spitzer and they sent an employee to bring it to Mansfield. We made arrangements to test drive. Prior to this we had dealt with Anthony McQueen when looking a t a previous vehicle. He was the employee who we once again worked with and purchased from. We liked Anthonny as he so patient with me with questions asked. He was honest, not overbearing, and very thorough in showing us all the many functions of our Sportage. We like his attitude, friendliness and knowledge of things we asked about the suv. Anthony is a genuine person who cares about the buyer not just about making a sale. I hope he continues to grow with Spitzer. We will definitely ask for him in the future if looking for another vehicle.
