September 5 I finially found the car I was looking for,a 2021 Dodge Challenger R/T Scat Pack with Shaker.I found the car on the internet and contacted them,they responded actually very fast.The next day we had an appointment and they had the car waiting.The salesman name was Vegas.I was invited for a test drive.We had a time we had to leave because of an doc visit.The paperwork was done in a very timely manner and the finance guy was very friendly.I had never been to this dealer before or even been to Lansing so this visit to the area and to this dealership was very pleasing.I’m looking forward to visiting more.

Just recently purchased a Nissan Kicks at the Independence CarMax, we had previously purchased a Nissan Sentra {about 2 weeks prior) but we found it eventually getting into the vehicle difficult for the age as I am getting older (seventies in my case) the Kicks we have now is a wonderful vehicle. 2022 Ford Escape review
Love my 2022 SE PHEV. Purchased from Carmax. Comfortable cloth seats, rear seat legroom is great, electronics are way above average especially the iPhone connectivity. Large cargo space behind rear seat. Nice looking 18” wheels. Have only purchased two gas fill ups since Oct 2023. I really have no complaints.

I do not look forward to buying cars. There are so many terrible tactics and sales people out there its just a horrible overall experience. Rebbecca and Sneed Ford were not that. She showed us the cars we asked for, recommended just one we missed that was almost the same car(which we ended up buying) and we did the negotiating with her, not a finance guy on a raised platform and aggressive manners. She answered all our questions, was very patient and very personable. We talked with the owner a bit when Rebbecca was busy who turned out to be just as fantastic. Overall easily the best car buying experience we've been through and they'll definitely be my first search next time we're looking for a car.

2022 Ford Escape review
I purchased used '22 Escape SE AWD two years old, low mileage and delighted with my dealer purchase. Upon extensive research, I was aware the loss of market value, which is why I purchased used. This vehicle is produced in volume as 'low-end' entry among 22 field competitors. Yes, there are several vehicles out there higher rated, more expensive, but my research validated highest cargo storage - highest mpg, for the reasonable market price. You can benefit from this depreciation by buying used! Some complain of the transmission, or slow pickup, or passenger door side panels. We had a wonderful car buying experience (x2!) at this dealership. At the end of October, we purchased a used CX-9 that was in great condition. Our salesman, Jesse, contacted us within 10 minutes of submitting our online request for information and we made an appointment to test drive the car. The next day he sent us a video of the car. We test drove and purchased in 2 hours with what we felt was a very good trade in value. Unfortunately, 6 days later a large buck ran in front of us in the dark and heavy fog on the highway and the car was totaled. The front-end damage was significant and the front side doors had damage as well. All front and side impact airbags deployed. The car did what it was designed to do, and my daughter and I walked away with only minor scratches. We had not registered the car yet so Jesse and Luther Mazda sent our paperwork by FedEx so I could register the car. Then when the insurance company didn't want to pay me the price I just paid for the car, Cameron found the window sticker, and I sent the video Jesse had sent me. The insurance company paid us our purchase price. So, we returned to Luther Mazda Lee's Summit and bought a used CX-50, completing the negotiating and paperwork largely from our sofa. We were in/out in about an hour to pick up the car and finalize the sale. Great car buying experience, would not hesitate to use them again!

2022 Ford Escape review
I purchased used '22 Escape SE AWD two years old, low mileage and delighted with my dealer purchase. Upon extensive research, I was aware the loss of market value, which is why I purchased used. This vehicle is produced in volume as 'low-end' entry among 22 field competitors. Yes, there are several vehicles out there higher rated, more expensive, but my research validated highest cargo storage - highest mpg, for the reasonable market price. You can benefit from this depreciation by buying used! Some complain of the transmission, or slow pickup, or passenger door side panels. 2022 Ford Escape review
I purchased new nine months ago. No problems. Lots of good options. Good mileage. Up to 35 mpg on highway using cruise control. Acceleration is excellent. A lot of room for a small suv. The only thing I don't like is the dial shifter. I prefer a stick. In my opinion this is an excellent all around suv. It doesn't do everything and it doesn't please everyone but show me a car that does. I would recommend it.

2022 Ford Escape review
I’m really enjoying my 2022 Ford Escape SE more than I expected. This SUV is new to me having purchased “used” at 4500 miles just 3 weeks ago. It’s mainly used for my work commute. We just finished a trip we take several times per year and what comfort and performance! The several drive modes - normal, eco, sport and slippery roads - really make a difference in response, feel and performance. I used eco mode for the 350 mile trip home and confirm an incredible range of well over 500 miles on a 16 gallon tank. This is not a hybrid! This shreds the performance of our well-liked 2015 escape that gets about 350-400 mile range on the same size tank. The turning radius of my 2022 is noticeably improved over our 2015 model. The headlights with auto high beam is a real treat too. The heated seats are excellent & improved over our 2015 for fast heating & comfort that goes beyond the seat to the seat back as well. I’m looking forward to owning this SUV for many years.
