Wonderful people I didn't see anybody there that wasn't smiling or glad to see you it was my first experience with Bmw in every aspect, first car first visit pull inside the building immediate help and attention felt really special my service manager's name was Joel really nice man I was very well taken care of felt wonderful to give my money to them people the service was perfect my car was fixed ran perfect when I picked it up they knew exactly what to do how to fix it purring like a kitten one of the things I like the most I picked my car up cleaner than I dropped it off and I dropped it off clean there were no greasy fingerprints all over it like a lot of places to do as soon as you go home you have to wash them off good detail job too pricing is real reasonable you get a lot for your money I just wish I would have gotten into a BMW a long time ago the car is wonderful as well as the dealership and the people there

Our 2024 Ford Escape has been excellent. We bought the ST Line package and its performance has been flawless in the 1st 5 months. Really like the heated steering wheel included with the Cold Weather Package and the safety features of Tech Package 1.

John Scott was very professional, went the extra miles to explain the transaction without pressuring us to make a deal. He made us feel comfortable with our decision and answered our questions with clarity.

It’s been a great car for the past few months. The 2.0 engine has the perfect amount of power to get around and the 8 speed does a decent job. I love the exterior and interior styling. Great driving position and overall feel. My only complaint is the sometimes slow infotainment screen, especially on startup when I go to use the climate controls. Other than that I love the technology and features you can get in this car!

Had a very good experience with Kelley Wilson. She provided information to me online before I ever came in. I wasn?t rushed in making a decision. She spent a lot of time going through the features of the vehicle. She?s also available if I need additional help. Learning all the features is a challenge but I know where to go if I can?t figure something out. Kelley was very professional and so very kind. I would go to her to buy again.

Very nice suv for us. Ford made it easier for all the controls to be operated they also put more push buttons back in. Very high tech suv but easy to use. Great mileage for an awd. I found the vehicle on Cars.com site and it was what I was looking for. Low mileage and a fair price. The dealership was responsive and timely regarding scheduling an appointment. Everything seemed to go smoothly and I took the truck back today to have the windows tinted which was included with the purchase. I felt like I got a good deal based on the pricing I had seen previously. Overall a good experience but I was surprised to see so many people wearing shorts and I understand the weather is hot in Texas but it was surprising.

Ozzie and Belinda took great care of us. 1. We had to trade in a car that was costing too much to repair. I put the information into the Echo Park system and Belinda called to ask further questions. It was that outreach that had us going to Echo Park instead of CarMax. 2. Ozzie was the salesperson who happened to be free when we walked in. He listened to what we wanted to do and made a couple of good suggestions. Then one test drive and we were ready to buy. The dealership honored the trade-in value and even added $250 to it, and altogether that helped pay for the warranty that we purchased.
