Our 2024 Ford Escape has been excellent. We bought the ST Line package and its performance has been flawless in the 1st 5 months. Really like the heated steering wheel included with the Cold Weather Package and the safety features of Tech Package 1.

AutoNation CDJR North Richland Hills performed an oil change and tire rotation and state inspection on my 2023 Ram 1500, July 25, 2025. The service reps all seem very professional. They offered me their shuttle service and had my truck done in about 2 1/2 hours. They did a great job! However, I noted that the tire rotation was not performed as per the manufacturer. All they did was move the fronts to the rear and the rears to the front. In accordance with the 2023 Ram 1500 owners manual the rear tires should have been crossed when bringing them to the front. The other noted issue I thought was huge safety issue, especially driving at night, was that for some reason the mechanic had turned my headlight switch to the off position. Turning that switch to the off position cancels every automatic function for your dash lights and center cluster (infotainment). By selecting the off position, ALL the dash and center infotainment lights go to FULL bright making it almost impossible to see anything outside the truck, especially with the 12 inch screen. It also prevents your steering wheel lights from coming on and prevents the high beams from functioning. I didn't know they had done this as I headed to work at 5 in the morning last Monday. I had pulled off the road twice on the way to work to try to troubleshoot the issue. It was useless because I couldn't see with the lights glaring in my eyes. I'm not sure why they had to mess with the headlight switch, but the least they could do is put the switch back where they found it. Would I recommend them to a friend, yes, BUT I'd warn them to verify their settings before needing them. And probably take it someplace else who knows how to rotate tires.

It’s been a great car for the past few months. The 2.0 engine has the perfect amount of power to get around and the 8 speed does a decent job. I love the exterior and interior styling. Great driving position and overall feel. My only complaint is the sometimes slow infotainment screen, especially on startup when I go to use the climate controls. Other than that I love the technology and features you can get in this car!

Best experience ever. Super helpful sales people making it possible to purchase our new Accord. The finance experience was excellent with everything explained to my understanding. My purchase at AutoNation was a friendly purchase and I wished I would have purchased our Ridgeline from AutoNation. I know I would have received a better deal at AutoNation.

Very nice suv for us. Ford made it easier for all the controls to be operated they also put more push buttons back in. Very high tech suv but easy to use. Great mileage for an awd. I drove over two hours to look at a new truck that was on a really impressive discount. After I arrived I was informed that all of the trucks with that discount had sold several days prior after I was told by multiple people that truck was there. I was then informed by the manager that it was a mess up on their end. At most dealerships that wouldve led me to leave however their salesman and the manager not only honored the discount on a different truck but put me in a newer, less miles, and better equipped model for a difference of maybe $800. While the mix up of what had sold versus what was available was frustrating. The fact that the salesman and manager worked with me to get me an even better deal speaks volumes. Also, no hidden add ons or xx was a huge plus!
