Our 2024 Ford Escape has been excellent. We bought the ST Line package and its performance has been flawless in the 1st 5 months. Really like the heated steering wheel included with the Cold Weather Package and the safety features of Tech Package 1.

It’s been a great car for the past few months. The 2.0 engine has the perfect amount of power to get around and the 8 speed does a decent job. I love the exterior and interior styling. Great driving position and overall feel. My only complaint is the sometimes slow infotainment screen, especially on startup when I go to use the climate controls. Other than that I love the technology and features you can get in this car!

Finally!! I found a Auto salesman that knows how to give amazing customer service. His name is Andrew Spigelman and he works at Hertz in Norwalk. Sometimes I can be difficult to work with, but Andrew was very patient and understanding. Even though I did not buy a car because of my DP I will definitely send everyone I know to Andrew only.

Very nice suv for us. Ford made it easier for all the controls to be operated they also put more push buttons back in. Very high tech suv but easy to use. Great mileage for an awd. Although we did not like the vehicle we test drove, we were very impressed by their excellent customer service. We called ahead of time and they had the vehicle we inquired about freshly washed and pulled out for us to test drive. There were no pushy salespeople, just a genuinely polite and informative staff. The only thing I would say is since my Bronco was a demo and I?m the only owner, it came with old French fries under the seat as well as a bag of old Red Vines in the center console. I reached out right away so Ford would do better when they wash the vehicle for other customers. They also apologized and offered me another car wash, however my time is very limited and am not able to go back the Ked Grody Ford for that anytime soon. It?s very appreciated though.

Everyone and everything was great, but the only thing is I wanted a different car instead if the new Echosport. I seen other deals that were the same on other new 2019's, but the customer service was excellent. Vehicle purchased on March 17, 2020.
