I picked up a new Grand Jeep Cherokee L last night and I am thrilled w it! My kids are so excited about all the room and they dig the USB ports in the back seats! My 6 year old said it best, “Dad this car is EPIC!” Mike Dougherty is the best! He is extremely responsive, professional and always gets me an exceptional deal! 2024 Ford Escape review
Very nice suv for us. Ford made it easier for all the controls to be operated they also put more push buttons back in. Very high tech suv but easy to use. Great mileage for an awd. Let me start by saying, the folks at Johnson Ford in Pittsfield are absolutely top notch. I started working with Blake in the service department. He walked me through every step of the fixes we intended to do, made sure I had all the info I needed and was incredibly kind and personable. Johnson Ford went above and beyond as they were able to take me home and get me back to the dealership via their shuttle despite me living outside of their normal shuttle area. I was kept up to date with progress, and with issues that were found during their multi-point inspection. issues that if left unresolved would have cost me dearly in the long run. if you have a Ford vehicle, or are interested in getting into the Ford line of vehicles... you really want to talk to the folks at Johnson Ford.
