His knowledge and personality sold me on him as an individual and his no pressure approach is the most refreshing part of this sale. Service Advisors at this location are the best. Repair quality and timeliness were as promised, and they always offer to wash the car when done.

A good experience overall, but a lot of time wad wasted waiting for the salesman to go back and forth to discuss sales terms with the manager.
