LaFontaine Ford Birch RunReviews
LaFontaine Ford Birch Run review
My wife and I were needing an oil change while on vacation. Still several thousand miles to go, not wanting to exceed recommendations of our 2025 Explorer, Don, got me in without an appointment. I had a complete inspection, oil change, tire rotation, car wash and I was out in under an hour! So grateful for Don's help! Now, on to relaxing...
2025 Ford Escape review
Overall the car is great. I bought the trailer towing model and the towing features work seamlessly with my light trailer. It has the power to easily pull the 2000 pound trailer I use. There are a couple fit and finish issues where the hood doesn't quite line up with the fender, but I am fussy about these things and other people might not even notice. I have the larger infotainment screen which has some positives. But almost all the controls go through the screen and my eyesight isn't the best so it is difficult to make selections while the vehicle is in motion. Also, the learning curve is rather steep and the paper owners manual is not much help. The A/C controls are all on the screen and hard to change while in motion.

Blake was fantastic. No pressure, explained all the options. Leasing a new F-150. Great truck.
2023 Ford Escape review
For those of you that don't like the over reliance on the computer dash for things like the AC.. Ford did not start doing that till mid 2023.. when looking at 2023 models, look carefully at the dashboard. some have a smaller computer screen and the 2 knobs and buttons that regulate the AC. those are the ones you want.. they also are $4-5K cheaper than the models that have the larger screens and no physical AC buttons so win-win.

Representatives of Shea Buick contacted me several times. I regret not getting back to Shea, because they sold the car I was m interested in. It was the holidays and all, so I was not able to focus.
2024 Ford Escape review
I’ve had extreme trouble getting into and out of the vehicle because the floor is so deep to the door. I now have a permanently injured knee. The doors don’t open wide enough for my knee that doesn’t bend completely. That causes me discomfort. Senior people can’t always bend their joints enough to get into and out of this vehicle. But I do love how it handles and also the great features.

One of the best experiences I have ever had. From the initial call speaking to the representative Jordan, boarding a flight out of JFK Airport, being picked up by Jordan at Rochester Airport, Transporting us to the dealership in Avon, all paper work ready to sign. Everyone at the dealership were friendly, courteous, and professional. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!! Michael M.

Morrie's Grand Ledge Ford Lincoln review
Absolutely amazing staff and top notch Quality in their vehicles!! Easy seamless process. Best car buying experience I have ever had! Run, don't walk over and get your car from them!! You won't be sorry!
2023 Ford Escape review
In December 2023 I bought a new-used 2023 Ford escape with only 1100 miles on it. So it was basically a brand new car, and I got it at a discount because it was used so it was very well worth the money. It’s been an awesome car but I have one complaint: there is way too much reliability on the electronic display. All of the cars systems run through that including the air conditioner!! The problem is, like any computer, it doesn’t always immediately boot up upon starting the car, sometimes it takes a few minutes to get going, and in the meantime you are absolutely burning up! There is no way to turn the air conditioner on via the dashboard!! I simply do not understand why they couldn’t just put simple dials on the dashboard to turn the air conditioner on, As cars have had for many many decades now. It’s really ridiculous. I live in Georgia and it’s 98° and 80% humidity, I need the air conditioner to start blasting as soon as I get in the car! But that’s really my only complaint , it is an awesome car otherwise.

Great experience! Highly recommend. I have never had an easier or more comfortable experience purchasing my car. My salesperson went over all of my technology and made sure that I was connected to everything before I had even signed my paperwork. They’re definitely my dealer.

Richardson Ford Inc.Reviews
Richardson Ford Inc. review
My experience leasing a new Ram pickup with Richardson was outstanding thru out the entire process, Paul who I worked with on my last Ram lease was very clear and concise working things out to suit my needs, and assigning an excellent sales associate to me in Norman. Jon was involved in the process also, a great team that really worked hard to exemplify customer satisfaction and service something that tends to rarely surface in today’s competitive environment. I have recommended Richardsons to several friends and will surly patronize them in the future!

I had to make an unexpected purchase of a new vehicle. Let me just say I was nervous and stressed, but "Ed. F" was very patient with me and worked hard jumping through hoops to make this purchase and transaction happen smoothly for me. Thank you so much ED! I will be back for any future vehicle I need! To all others looking for a vehicle, hookup with ED!

Lasco Ford, Inc.Reviews
Lasco Ford, Inc. review
Today, I purchased a vehicle from Lasco Ford, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right car for my needs and budget. My salesperson, Kaelyn Harris, was especially helpful—answering all my questions patiently, offering honest advice, and making sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. The process was smooth and transparent, with no pressure or hidden fees. The dealership had a great selection of vehicles, and the financing team worked hard to get me a great deal. I’m absolutely thrilled with my new Chevy Cruze, and I highly recommend Lasco Ford to anyone looking for a hassle-free and trustworthy car-buying experience. Thank you again to the entire team!

Lasco Ford has been great to me and my family. We have purchased many vehicles. Sales has been very helpful and friendly. Sever goes above and beyond. We have used the pick up and delivery option and the Mobile service option to repair a couple recalls over the last year. Keep up the great work. See you soon for our next vehicle

Lasco Ford, Inc.Reviews
Lasco Ford, Inc. review
We were hundreds of.mikes from home and had tire issues. Matt White and all staff we dealt with were amazing. Our vehicle needed an odd size tire and Matt located tires at a local busi ess and was able to have them delivered promptly. We were so impressed we decided to buy four tires due to a buy three and get one free offer and a rebate. We asked for an alignment and the mechanic determined it was not needed. We could have been taken advantage of and were not.
