My wife and I really appreciated the easy and honest approach of Josh and the team. Josh worked with us... we looked at several vehicles there... and was very helpful and flexible once we decided on our 2007 Nissan Frontier NISMO. Thanks so much to Josh and the team at American Auto Mart! The only reason we gave Matt 4 stars is that Josh and Mike were the ones who we worked with the most... so wanted to give them extra props.

Very reliable vehicle if you buy the 7.3 L turbo diesel. This vehicle will Tow and haul almost anything that you need it's a people hauler. For a vehicle at size fuel mileage is not that bad 14 to 16 City and Highway.
Quick and Easy Process. Most was done over the phone and was in and out. Showed me history report, comparable vehicles, inspection, and how the vehicle works

We went into Auto Nation to look at the new Escapes and we drove away with a brand new 2016. We were so completely satisfied with our favorite salesman Dan Johnson and we would always go back as long as Dan is there. Our children now go there and they always ask for Dan also. Dan knows his cars and he knows how to please a customer. Dan has been our salesman for many years now and I would always recommend people to see him if he is there. So far everyone has drove away with a new vehicle purchased from Dan that we sent to him. Great job Dan Don and Bonnie Forga Little Canada Mn.

In the last 5 years we have purchased 2 now 3 cars, this has been the best experience. Max was very informative about the truck we test drove and even knew about all the extras. He took the time to show us how most of them worked too.(that's a first) He also did whatever ya do to get the phones blue tooth to hook up. We had to take our last car to Verizon to do that...(yes we are older and don't know how to do much ) Max was so helpful. Overall we appreciate how honest he was in finding answers to questions he didn't know the answer, His personality and humor, he kept us laughing and that's an A+ for us!

MY FATHER PASSED AWAY RECENTLY AND HE HAD TOLD ME TO FIND ANOTHER VAN THAT MOM COULD GET INTO EASIER. I LOOKED AROUND ALOT. I FOUND THIS RIGHT HERE IN MAYFIELD UNDER MY NOSE. I CALLED A GUY MY SON WENT TO HIGH SCHOOL WITH AND MADE ARRANGEMENTS FOR HIM TO BRING IT TO OUR HOME SO MOM COULD TRY IT OUT. SHE IS HANDICAPPED. SHE MADE IT INTO THE CAR WITH NO PROBLEM!! IT WAS SOLD!! LOGAN ARMSTRONG WENT TOTALLY OUT OF HIS WAY TO MAKE THE SWAP BETTER FOR OUR NEEDS. I HAVE DROVE THE WHEELS OFF OF IT SO FAR. VERY HAPPY AND PLEASED. THEN YESTERDAY, I HAD A PROBLEM. WHILE SHOPPING I TRIED TO SHUT THE DOOR AND FOR SOME REASON IT WOULD NOT CLOSE. IT WAS POURING DOWN RAIN AND I STARTED TO MY PHONE TO CALL MY DAD. I BROKE DOWN IN SOBS. I DROVE THE CAR HOME WITH THE DOOR WIDE OPEN. I IMMEDIATELY CALLED LOGAN AND HE AND THE PARTS MAN WERE HERE IN 30 MINUTES. THEY ORDERED THE PART AND THIS MORNING THE FINE MEN CAME OUT TO FIX IT.I AM SO PLEASED WITH THE PROMPTNESS AND FRIENDLY HELPFUL SERVICE. IT PROVED TO ME THAT THE DEAL JUST DID NOT DRIVE AWAY. I KNOW NOW THAT MY DAD WOULD BE HAPPY WITH THE DECISION I MADE. THANK-YOU PURCHASE FORD OR THE AWESOME SERVICE.

I bought a new 2001 Excursion diesel in November of 2000. I still drive it. It pulls heavy trailers, holds 8 people, rides comfortably, and has been incredibly reliable. I did replace the transmission at about 100,000 miles. Again, I pulled very heavy trailers.

We had been looking for Honda Odyssey for a while and came across the one International Car Center had for sale. We were coming from about 3 hrs away and had talked to other dealerships that said it was first come first serve and if we drove a couple hours and got there and it was gone, sorry... But the people at International Car Center said they would be happy to do that for us! We got there and everybody was great to work with. I didn't feel like they were trying to pressure us and felt like we negotiated a fair deal. I don't have any complaints about them. It was a very positive experience. If you are looking for a vehicle, check them out. If they don't see what you are looking for, give them a call anyway. They might be able to still help you. Thanks everybody!

Hands down the best family vehicle I’ve ever had

Despite what everyone says about fuel mileage, we love our Excursion. The talking heads would have you believe that the V10 only gets 12-13 mpg highway but ours averages 16-18.5. When you consider that it weighs just shy of 6000 lbs without people and gear, that’s pretty impressive. The other myth I’d like to dispel is the size. The Excursion is the same size as a standard cab long bed pickup! If you don’t believe me, if you remove the 3rd row seat and lay the second row down, you have the equivalent of an 8’ pickup bed. The v10 doesn’t leak and will absolutely pull anything and the entirety of the Excursion is comfortable and durable, an absolutely fantastic family hauler in every way. Ford should have kept making them.
Start with Tony or Mickey by phone. Thanks to their maturity and customer service knowledge wife and I had entire terms of deal for Used GMC Sierra entirely set up before we ever set foot in their dealership 100 miles from us. Once we checked out vehicle all terms of the sale proceeded and as pre-agreed by phone. Have purchased numerous vehicles over my 70 yrs and retired from sales long ago,but this was by far best car buying experience. Dealership Owner really fortunate to have these two generating profits and enhancing his future security. Chris (REX) and Angie Brandenburg, KY USA P.S. Let them pick your salesperson. John was a great choice TONY and Mickey made for us.

I worked with Carin on the purchase of a new 2018 KIA Niro. All I can say is AMAZING. She was awesome about everything. Honest with the before actual purchase, very knowledgeable about the questions I was asking. Went back the next day with more questions about the car I couldn't figure out and she was eager to assist me and I left with all my questions answered. The total transaction from start to finish all done in less that a few hours! I would highly recommend asking for Carin when you go into this location. She really was fantastic!

This is a great family vehicle and can pull anything! The biggest SUV ever made. The safest vehicle to transport your loved ones in without any worry.
I am just an average "Joe" with the same objective as everyone else reading these reviews. I wanted a quality automobile at a fair price. With this objective in mind I brought my wife to Indy Luxury Motorsports (ILM) to take a look at their inventory. She immediately picked out a car and badda-bin, badda-boom, I purchased the automobile. Two days later a car buyers worst nightmare occurred; the check engine light came on and drops of oil started showing up on the garage floor. I immediately brought the car back to the dealership to shake my fist and stomp my foot. After explaining the problem they assured me that they would make it "right" and gave my wife a car to use while they diagnosed the problem. As it turned out, they could not determine the cause in their in house service department so they took the car to BMW (at their own expense) for a thorough check-up. After several days at the dealership we found out that the problem was much greater than anticipated and exceeded the value of the warranty that we purchased for the car. Now, most dealerships would have said "bummer, you own the car, we can't be responsible for the car once it drives off our lot" but not ILM, they took the problem car back and let us pick out another automobile. And for our trouble they upgraded the warrantee we purchased, our car is now covered by a 7 year, 84,000 mile bumper-to-bumper warrantee. Now, this could have been a car buyer's worst nightmare but because of ILM's outstanding integrity it turned out being a pleasant experience. In today's day and age when the automotive industry is plagued with unscrupulous businesses it is genuinely refreshing to find a company that truly stands behind their product. You can purchase a car at ILM knowing that you will get a good car, and if there is a problem (as their often is when purchasing a used vehicle), they will work with you to rectify the situation. Now, I'm a grumpy, fat, old man who rarely takes the time to write a favorable review but this was such a positive experience that I feel compelled to let John Q. Public know that this is the place to go if you want a fair shake. Five Stars across the board.

This is the best suv ever made. I can tow anything i hook to it and ride in extreme conmfort on long trips. I did the x/c sping swap and it sits level and rides like a truck should. The 6.0 has been bullet proofed and with a programmer will flat fry the tires. Very fast for a 8500 pound vehicle.
My wife and I were shopping for a 2016 Town & Country Mini van. We checked out several Chrysler dealerships in the Portland area and were turned off by the sleazy high pressure salesmen. We then found M & M. All the vehicles are stored indoors and none had a water spot or speck of dust one them. Eric the general manager helped us. He handed us the keys and told us to take it for a test drive by ourselves. No pressuring sales guy along for the ride. We came back and made a cash offer. Eric said just a moment t walked inside and came back in less than two minutes with a yes. The paperwork took less than 10 minutes. In all we were there less than 25 minutes and that includes the test drive. I would highly recommend them and it has changed the way I look at buying g a vehicle. I will not buy another vehicle without going here first ever again.

Best vehicle design ever made

No SUV/Truck has ever been designed so well. Newer vehicle designs are a disappointment in comparison. Here is why: built strong as a tank with 3/4 ton suspension, 10k+ lb towing, sterling rear axle, and Dana 50 front axle with steering stabilizer, 310 HP 425-ft-lbs of torque V10. Large vehicle with great visibility (no blindspots), seats up to 8 or 9 full size adults comfortably. Four wheel disk brakes, auto locking hubs (can also be manual locked), 4WD with locking front and rear axles. 60/40 middle row seats can fold down flat or slide forward, third row seat can fold down or can easily be removed or reinstalled in about 10 seconds. Can fit 4' x 8' plywood or drywall with second and third row seats folded. Plenty of trunk space even when all three rows of seats are occupied, convenient slide out cup holders in front, plus several extra cup holders, large deep storage console, electric side rear glass windows can be opened individually for extra ventilation. Electric heated sideview mirrors, exterior temperature, compass, fuel mileage gauges. Large heavy duty front tow hooks. Stainless exhaust. Tows trailers effortlessly. High ground clearance. Separate front and rear heat/ac and controls.
Burien Chevrolet was very helpful.
My engine problem was diagnosed and fixed.
I am very satisfied.

Very comfortable, reliable and most important, safe vehicle I have ever owned. Purchased in 2007 with 60,000 miles. I own two new vehicles but this is my go to favorite.
Although I did not purchase a vehicle from Signature Ford of Perry, I just wanted to write a review to show my experience with this dealer. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by sales rep Mike Shenk who immediately assisted me with the vehicle I was interested in. Mike discussed the vehicle with me and with some further conversation with his manager (?), I was able to test drive the vehicle to see if it was the right one for me. This is something that I was not able to do at another local Ford dealer so that is two thumbs up for Mike and this dealer. They treated me with courtesy and did not pressure me, understanding that if the car was a right fit, a deal was to be made. The car was not for me for my specific needs/desires, however if it was, I would have no hesitation with wanting to do business with Mike and Signature Ford of Perry.

We bought our 2001 Ford Excursion brand new off the lot. We currently own it still today (Feb 2019). The only thing we’ve changed since then was the tires, brakes, oil, and radio station. It still runs great, looks and sounds awesome, transmission shifts like a breeze, and the 6.8L v10 still grumbles like it did when we got it. The only downside is the gas mileage. Right now I get about 9.9 mpg driving it daily. Other than that, it has done very well by our family. Highly, highly recommend.
Since I was 16 I have owned 89 new and used cars, light trucks, sports cars, motorcycles and SUV's. In 03 I wanted a diesel SUV for the job I had and since Suburbans didn't offer a diesel I chose an Excursion. I owned it 14 years, racked up 278,355, trouble free miles on an engine others had issues with. I think the lighter duty, highway driving cycle I put it through and watchful maintenance it kept running perfectly, along with the rest of the running gear. It also had over twice the mpg of the gas V-8.
My husband is a Vet we went through USAA with Carfax. What a great experience. Mo was so helpful with information on Trucks and what type would be best for what i needed. I give Mo so much credit in handling all my questions. I never visited their facilities, nor did i test drive the truck, I know you all think I am crazy, but i believed in the dealership and researched the truck history and asked questions, so that i was conferrable in purchasing without doing what normal people do. My family thinks I am crazy, but Mo states if ever i have any problems contact him and we will figure it out. My Truck will be transported to me and i am beyond excited. Thanks for all you help Mo

East Coast Auto is a 5 star dealer in my opinion. We had looked at several used car dealers in the Va Bch area and frankly felt uncomfortable with some of those dealers.
Our experience at ECA was very positive from the beginning to the end of our car purchase process.

I would certainly give them my first preference in looking for a used car and would recommend them to anyone interested.
