Even though we haven’t had this vehicle very long we really love it. Lots of room inside. Smooth ride. One of my favorite features is the lights on the outside mirrors tell you there’s a car in my blind spot this is a great safety feature. Ours was a used certified gold vehicle average used mileage, the price was very good, below suggested price.

We recently bought our second Toyota from Don McGill.
We recently bought our second Toyota from Don McGill. The first was a 2020Toyota Avalon and the second was a 2024 Toyota Crown. The first purchase went off without a hitch and we were very satisfied. The second car (the 2024 Crown) was purchased and delivered on 12/29/2023 with only one key FOB; I was told me I would get a second key FOB in six months. I subsequently talked to the service department; they promptly ordered one and I received it one week later. I do have an issue with the title department. My credit union is threatening to raise my loan interest rate if they don't receive the title. The only way to satisfy my credit union is to explain the process which I do not understand. The dealer should be more proactive in ensuring that the sales process does not end with delivery. My credit union still hasn't received the title. I am forced to keep calling which shouldn't be necessary.

Took my vehicle into the Sevice dept on Friday afternoon explained that I was from out of town and needed my vehicle for work over the weekend. David Nguyen took complete care of me, ordered the parts and got the van in straight away despite them being busy. Fixed both hubs, and did a full Sevice at the same time. Hubs had to be ordered and were delivered Saturday morning, full Sevice new hubs, brakes and rotors, wheels rotated and balanced etc.. Despite David being off on Saturday he called and gave me updates and the van was ready on Saturday afternoon. Great team, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Thanks to everyone at Sterling.
