I just wanted to say how refreshing it was to have a GREAT experience! I'm 68, and recently puchased a used vehicle from McGraw Ford. Not only did a I receive a good price, they bettered the offer I was getting with the financing, so of course I took their offer. But they went beyond that... within a day or two after my purchase,the vehicle developed a problem with the AC. I was worried that they would not make it good, but I was assured that it would be taken care of by Mike, the general sales manager. He is a man of his word. They replaced the AC compressor for me. I've purchased 43 cars in my life, and I genuinely say the friendliness, professionaism and overall expereince was at the very top of those 43 purchases. I highly recommend this dealership as a result of my excellent experience.

So, this is a first for me! Mike, the Internet Sales Manager, made our experience super easy. We talked to four different people from start to finish for various parts of the deal, and I never felt pressured or like anyone was trying to pull a fast one on us. Everyone was very upfront and transparent. We went in super informed, knowing exactly what we wanted, what we were willing to pay, and the minimum we were willing to accept for our trade-in.
