I was thrilled when we found two possible vehicles at Ken Garff Ford because how much some of our family members loved other Ken garff locations, but sadly this one was not a good experience. Aside of the lack of assistance in finding a vehicle where we had to physically reach out to a worker passing by and ask for some help to finding the vehicles on the lot to those that were presented to us, they were filthy and we were told we would get an "IOU" on a deep clean and any fixtures that needed to be done after purchasing the vehicle. Bummed we had the experience we did.

Bought a new car today and it was the smoothest experience I've ever had doing so. Jake was in communication with me from the time the car was on the truck on its way to the dealership, notified me when it arrived, and was patient with us throughout our test driving the car for over an hour. Then he took care of all the financing while I was at work so all I had to do was show up and sign. If they have the car you want (or can get the car you want), I wouldn't hesitate to give them a chance.
They tell you up front that they sell salvage title vehicles from California that they buy and repair themselves. If you are a customer who buys a late model used car with low miles and drives it for 10 or more years, this place is ideal. I got a 2016 Camry with 16,000 miles in near perfect condition for thousands less than I would pay for the same car at a dealership. My only complaint was the finance manager trying to add things to the price which is typical for a car dealership. Once we came to an understanding on that, I got a fair price and drove away happy.
We left Arizona on a beautiful December morning headed to Utah for a long awaited ski trip.
We had been looking at Suburbans online for six months and were hoping to find a "newer" used one while on vacation in the Salt Lake area.
Shamrock was our first stop as they had a Suburban with the color of interior that I wanted.
Wow! Everyone exceeded our expectations! We unloaded our ski gear and bags on the spot and reloaded everything into our new Suburban. Our ten year old (still in her jammies) curled up on their couch and watched TV while our older kids cleaned out the vehicle that we traded in and mounted our ski rack on the new. The whole process took less than two hours and could have gone faster, but we bought some assessories and weren't rushing ourselves.
Thank you Jake (and all) for treating us like friends. We will keep our eyes on your inventory and hope to buy from you again.

I purchased a used 2007 Lexus RX-350 that I could use mostly as a "snow vehicle." I was satisfied with the selling price of $10,400, but they caught me off guard while signing the documents, and they added a $300 charge for a theft recovery system (basically frame etching). I usually don't purchase dealer add-ons but they slipped this one by me. I was also informed that the vehicle had a Mark Levinson package on it (which when purchased new is $900). It's too bad that such a high-end dealership tries to nickle and dime you to death!
Nick and Russ were wonderful to work with. I only had so much money and a car that I wanted and they made it work. No pressure, great personalities, and I felt confident as a female, by myself, making this deal.
Best car buying experience I've ever had. Jake and Kellen were awesome through the entire process - from test drive to after purchase follow-up. Great price on the 2014 Suburban we bought and absolutely fair price on our trade-in. Fast service, no pressure atmosphere, no jerking around with back and forth with the "finance office", no pressure to have a "limited test drive". Jake found us exactly what we were looking for and went the extra mile to get us a little better interest rate by contacting the credit union and showing them how close our credit score was to the next tier. Rodney was very unprofessional, I have never been to a dealership that doesn’t go over the contract throughly . When I came in the next day I spoke with a new sales manager named Joshua Chavez , if it wasn’t for him making up for Rodney’s mistake I would never step foot in a Nissan again . If you go to Nissan go to Joshua Chavez . He was very straight to the point and I left a happy customer
1-lots of good info - photos about the vehicle online so most of our questions were addressed before we came to look at the vehicle 2- Kellen was easy to work with, very knowledgeable about the vehicle 3- we love our new suburban
