Can’t say enough what a great experience we had shopping at Crouse Ford Taneytown, MD and purchasing our King Ranch truck . Lewis Drake was the perfect salesman and had the entire deal done in no time at all. Not pushy, listened to what we were looking for , didn’t push other vehicles on us and had one waiting and warmed up to climb into! From my initial phone call speaking to Mr. Brown to the end of the night working with Debbie and getting the 0% financing I could not have wished for a better experience. It was great buying this car, i had researched it, followed up with METRO FORD and bought it new form them in OCT 2015. Since then the experience has been totally positive for all my service needs and the customer service and follow up are outstanding.

Requested an Oil change, installation of 4 new tires and new windshield wipers. I was disappointed with the oil change because the oil use for the change was not the standard synthetic blend 5000 mile change the vehicle came with and has been used for the last six years. It was the non synthetic oil with a 3000 mile change recommendation.
Michael Gadberry was assigned to meet us for our 1:00 appointment. Michael called prior to our arrival to confirm our appointment and was prompt in greeting us as we arrived. I was impressed by Michael's knowledge and Long McArthur through out our process. Michael was very professional and took his time to answer our questions and make sure we knew everything. Long McArthur has plenty of personnel to help in every area of service. I left having confidence that we could rely on great service in the future. This was our first experience with this dealership. Michael seemed to make an extra effort to always please us. I would definitely recommend Michael for your experience. We finished with Kyle who was also very friendly. 100% would recommend to anyone needing any type of car. They honestly care about your situation. We walked in at 7pm in need of a car and walked out with a Ford Escape at 10pm. I would give them all a 5, but everything and everyone has room to improve. Overall, they have GREAT customer service and made my buying experience an easy one. I am a loan officer and I am very picky/ skeptical about purchasing new/ used auto's, but they stuck to their word the whole time! Eeverythig was great from the salesman to the finance manager to the General manager! The cleanliness of the vehicle was not very good. The truck was average at best. The windows were dirty and the wheels weren't clean.

I was thrilled when we found two possible vehicles at Ken Garff Ford because how much some of our family members loved other Ken garff locations, but sadly this one was not a good experience. Aside of the lack of assistance in finding a vehicle where we had to physically reach out to a worker passing by and ask for some help to finding the vehicles on the lot to those that were presented to us, they were filthy and we were told we would get an "IOU" on a deep clean and any fixtures that needed to be done after purchasing the vehicle. Bummed we had the experience we did.
They did go above and beyond to fix the issues I had, but they seem so unorganized and scattered. The head girl in service finally started to put it all together. I was disappointed that my car came back to me very filthy, I believe it set outside the ten days they had it. They were to call me as the driver was bringing my car to me (over a 2 hr drive) but he just showed up. They were to call me the next day...that didn’t happen either...
In May 2018 I purchased a used Kia Soul. The car was a bad fit and my service dog did not like it; maybe alien green? So I called DH Kia, spoke with Kurt, met by Randy and Ray to buy a new 2019 Forager. Took a few hours with "onsight" financing and we were off, good to go. (Thx Bob). These guys are the BEST 😉
