Previous minivan owner we didn’t realize we had out grown our minivan till we realized the amount of space in our new truck. We have 4 active kids from 5-15 that are in multiple sports. We travel a fair amount both to the airport and on road trips. So our new vehicle needed to get all of us and luggage wherever we’re going. So far this is doing it.

White Marsh CarMax treated me excellent. After being married for 34 years,I had never bought a car on my own. My husband had done all the dealings for all our cars. He passed away 11 months ago. It was certainly a big life issue for me. My salesman Zack was very professional and not pushy at all.My daughter has dealt with Carmax for her cars in the past. She convinced me to try them. I can say I was not let down in any way. I traded my car and bought a 2016 Toyota Rav4. Very low mileage and like new.Drives so smooth. My experience with the owners & staff was terrific; Charlie and his dad were wonderful to work with! They were extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. Their prices were very reasonable, and quickly determined to be fair by my lender. The vehicle I purchased was in excellent shape, both mechanically and cosmetically. I purchased it to drive my daughter and her friends, and I feel VERY safe and secure using it to drive the kids on short & long trips. I've purchased from new and used car dealerships over the years, and my experience with Jarboe Motors is one of the top two car-buying experiences I've had. I highly recommend them to anyone shopping for a car. I live closer to southern Maryland, but it is worth the trip to Jarboe Motors to get a reliable, safe vehicle.

We are a tall family and tried every single vehicle on the market before finding the roomy max and falling in love. Plenty of legroom in all 3 rows for over 6-footers like us, plus plenty of room to haul our Costco loads. Have only owned for less than a week, so can't speak to long- term, but we drove 1400 miles on Route 66 and were all very comfortable. Plenty of cupholders for everyone and phone chargers as well.

This is an update from a previous one star review. I made an appointment for the Quick Lane service. My appointment was at 7:30 AM. When I arrived the service man behind the desk greeted me and took care of everything. Very professional and prompt. I was only there for an hour and everything went very well. I had a previous review with a different experience. I think that experience was a result of a full moon. For now on I'll always make an appointment. I couldn't ask for better service!
