Previous minivan owner we didn’t realize we had out grown our minivan till we realized the amount of space in our new truck. We have 4 active kids from 5-15 that are in multiple sports. We travel a fair amount both to the airport and on road trips. So our new vehicle needed to get all of us and luggage wherever we’re going. So far this is doing it.

The staff very professional , Recall issues , told around 90 minutes . Arrived 9 am done at 3:30 . Had damage to right front tire( curbed it looked like) but couldn?t determine if I did it earlier or they did it while there . My opinion was I didn?t do it but whatever

David the tech and Johnny the advisor were fantastic. Everyone was very professional and courteous. Unlike the past experiences I have had at this dealership, this time was great and I will continue coming here and telling others to also. Something has changed and it?s for the better. everything was great, nice people, quick service, loaner car. We've purchased 6 cars from Pugmire since 1990 and used their service on every car. Barry and the other guys in Service are great, couldn't be nicer, they don't do work that isn't necessary. And it was a pleasure to buy our last car from Nathan. Just saw the 2018 Navigator. Wow! Might be visiting Nathan again soon. Best Dealership in Atlanta. They aren't near my house but worth the drive.
