Used 2018 Ford Explorer for sale near Walker Mill, MD

Great to deal with, responsive, competitive , good communication and customer. While I postponed my decision on purchasing I would circle back when I decide to buy.

This is my fourth Explorer. I decided in 2018 to order the top-of-the-line Platinum. This vehicle has all the bells and whistles for a person that wants the luxury of one of Fords top models. It has Platinum leather seats that are very comfortable. If you can find today, buy it. It has the 3.5L V6 that has great power on acceleration. You can only buy a V6 now on the 2025 Explorer ST which is a 3.0L. The cost is around $60,000 Loaded.

Friendly staff that was professional and easy to work with. Nice car selection options beyond just Hondas.

Love this car overall but I have only one complaint. I was putting some boxes in the rear of the car and one of the boxes must have touched the the rear seat folding mechanism as all of a sudden it tried to unfold the seats. If my grandchildren had been sitting there strapped in I hate to think what may have happened!! Wish you had coverage over the mechanism so this wouldn’t happen.

This is my 4th Ford Explorer over the last 20 years and I am very happy. Every time I upgrade is nicer in every aspect. I am glad that after so many people telling me to just go to another style and company, I made the right decision.

Love the inside room, 3rd row seat and the fact that the 2nd and 3rd row can be collapsed. Love the rear camera and all of the functions of being able to bring my phone apps up on the screen. So good for our very busy, on the go lifestyle

This was hands down the best car-buying experience I’ve had in all my years. I’ve purchased vehicles from Mercedes, BMW, Acura, Jeep — you name it — and none of them came close to the level of professionalism, honesty, and hospitality I received at Koons GMC in Vienna, VA. The deal they offered was so incredible that I traveled all the way from New Jersey by Amtrak to Virginia. I’ll admit, I was skeptical at first because many dealerships pull bait-and-switch tactics. But not here. Saleam (Sales), Sait (Sales Manager), and Isabella (Finance) all confirmed the deal ahead of time and honored exactly what was promised. When I arrived just after opening at 9 AM, Sales was still in a meeting, but I was greeted respectfully right at the door. Saleam was paged, and the process began immediately. She welcomed me warmly, gave me a brief tour of the dealership—including the much-needed coffee lounge—and handled all the paperwork, insurance details, and my Costco rebate flawlessly. Sales Manager Sait was exceptional. He thanked me personally for my business — something I’ve never experienced from a sales manager at any dealership in the past. He even told me to call him anytime if I had questions or concerns. That level of care is rare. My experience was elevated even further by Finance Manager Isabella. Her energy was absolutely to the moon. She helped close the best deal I could find anywhere in the NY/NJ/CT tri-state area and the entire DMV region. She offered an unbeatable protection package at a discount, covering dents and mileage, and explained everything clearly and thoroughly. She also respected my time, wrapping up the paperwork quickly since she knew I had a four-hour trip back home. I cannot recommend this dealership enough. Matt is really helpful and friendly. Even though we didn’t make the purchase since I was looking for to get a better trade in price, but overall it’s very good! I have been to carmax twice and both of them are all very good facilities and very professional working process, definitely recommend Carmax!

This dealership was to me way down in Pasadena. Truthfully thought about turning around on Wednesday. Decided to keep going. Arrived and was met by Robert, a totally up front individual. He pulled out the vehicle gave me keys and said try it out, I will talk to you when you return. The professionalism he possessed was exceptional. We had a 45 minute discussion and I bought the vehicle. I explained that I had no way to get back to the business, from just below Towson to pick up the vehicle. Robert didn't hesitate and said not to worry we will work something out. They delivered my vehicle on Friday and gave me gas $. This was totally the exception and a worthwhile experience.

My service advisor, Michael, was the best! I had an inquiry about my car and he took the time to check everything and even test drive it. I then had to get a new battery and was lucky enough to reach Michael again and he got me in and out before I could get settled in the waiting room! He was very patient and personable. Great service! I highly recommend him and this dealership!

I need to bring my vehicle back to be able to give a better review. I did think the dealership could've given a loaner vehicle if they thought services would go longer then expected. Because monetary was not the problem this time.

I highly recommend Koons Ford Lincoln of Annapolis in MD.They are not the "typical" dealership. I worked with Chuck, but all the employees I encountered were professional and prompt. No pressure at all, nada! They even stayed late Chuck & Tedd for me and my daughter to come test drive, then buy. My daughter really loves her 🚙 car and very happy with your Help Chuck Greenlee.

Richard of the service department saved my long distance road trip by cheerfully helping me get the CD out of my CD player. Thanks to his experience with unsticking his kids' video games and some packaging tape, he got it out of the CD player! Then he joyfully paired my phone with an older version of the sync system that I couldn't figure out to save my life! What a great wonderful guy! Now I love my Transit Connect even more!!

I believe vehicle purchases should be like this. No sneaky tactics, real honest people. Their vehicles are top quality, not beat up junk. Nice to know they are there if I need another vehicle. And yes, I did get my car from them! AMAZING experience!!!!!!!!!
