I love my ST all except for seating. I’m just not a fan of European style seating soo we had an upholstery shop up grade them. Sooo much fun to drive! Great gas mileage considering I’m a lead foot. And when needed you can put a full 4x8 sheet of plywood in the back.

I often drive to the Michigan upper pennisula in the winter. This SUV has never disappointed me. One time I was driving up to Sault Ste Marie early in the morning. The road was slippery with blowing snow. The outside air temp was MINUS 41. i was alone with hardly ever seeing another vehicle. I kept thinking "trust this vehicle" because my life literally depended on it. I had no problems. And everything was on high - the defroster, rear defrost, heated steering wheel, heated seat, radio and keeping my phone charger plugged in. And in case you wonder why I would venture out in these conditions - I was called for jury duty and made it on time !! It has also gotten me out of deep snow.

The ford explorer is an outstanding suv. The new design in 2020 is stylish and the rear wheel drive/4 wheel drive option is state of the art. The ecoboost engines are economical and extremely powerful. Ford dealers are everywhere! Ford parts are common and easy to obtain! I looked at the competitors. Front wheel drive is not suitable for trucks in my opinion. The handling of a rear wheel drive vehicle is outstanding. I actually have a 2022 platinum with the 3.0 v6 and this 2021 base with the 2.3 4 cylinder. Happy with each!!!

First time Explorer owner, had an Expedition that I loved but it was too high for my wife, so it went to our son. The Explorer Limited is lower, but still higher than a crossover or sedan which helps my visability. Love the electronics but concerned that they will have problems later on so I purchased a dealer extended warranty (bumper to bumper) that is 10 years 125,000 additional miles for piece of mind. Car drives like a dream, is VERY comfortable, has more than enough power even with the 4cyl (used to V8's). Gas mileage even with 4WD is great (23 city and almost 29 highway) not climbing hills. We will see how it does when we go north.

I have been shopping around for months for a 2020 Ford F150 Lariat trying to find a clean truck. I saw they had one listed for a few days I was in contact with the dealership immediately. I went to see the truck it was exactly what I was looking for. Zack helped me out tremendously. They have their fees like every other dealer but their fees were very reasonable compared to others. I purchased the truck for less than I expected to pay. I walked out with a new truck and a great deal. I've bought many new and certified vehicles in my life and I've come to learn that it is just as important to read dealership reviews as it is car reviews. I moved around the corner from Haldemann Ford in East Windsor and needed to trade in my Honda sedan for a 3 row SUV for a family member's easier access and the birth of a new grandchild. I decided on Haldemann Ford because I've owned several Ford and Mercury vehicles and had only good, reliable experiences. I decided to shop this dealership first because of their reviews and inventory, but mostly their reviews and word of mouth from a trusted coworker. I was not in a hurry to buy and shopped a lot online. When I finally decided there were a couple vehicles I wanted to check out, I went in and was routed to salesman Howard Salmon. He listened to my shopping needs and without pressure guided me to the vehicles I was interested in, let me ask questions which he patiently and truthfully answered, recommended a vehicle that met my needs and was in my desired price range but did not pressure me when I turned it down in favor of a different one of the same model that was a few thousand above my range. I did my due diligence with regard to features and pricing and without any spin or major strife, Howard got me into the vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted. No mind games or power play between us. Just pure honesty and his desire to help me get what I wanted and needed. Now for the part I stress over the most...dealing with the finance guy. Pleasant, no pressure and stress-free and I was able to add the bumper to bumper extended warranty and remain within my price range and finance term. The added bonus is knowing they are right around the corner when I want my car serviced. This was among the best car-buying experiences I've had in 40 years of car buying. I've had the Explorer a few months and i'm still as happy as the day I bought it.

Visited bc of great reviews and had a Kia I wanted to see. Didn't end up buying but not b/c dealership. All staff interaction was great, not pushy at all and clean space. If I see something again there I will still drive the 2 plus hours from Long Island
