Have only had vehicle for 3 weeks but really like it. I’ve had F150’s for the past 12 years and thought I’d miss my truck, but I’m really enjoying this explorer. It’s more comfortable and fun to drive and the gas mileage is better.

I worked with Stephanie the internet sales manager via there website chat on Friday 4/21/2023. I was helping my sister Carol find a 2023 Buick Encore GX and Stephanie confirmed they had the one I inquired about and let Tom Spears know my sister and I would be coming in to look at the car from Cincinnati on Saturday morning. We met Tom and he had the car ready for a test drive. My sister loved the car and it had all the options she was looking for and the color. Tom worked to get my sister the best deal possible on the car and had it prepped and ready to go in a short time for a Saturday. The whole experience in buying a car is usually stressful one but I would have to say that can be totally avoided with purchasing a car at Tom Ross Buick . Quiet, comfortable and powerful car. I have the twin turbo that puts out 400 hp. General gas mileage is 19-20 city and 24-25 highway. The only thing that I would change on this vehicle is that I would like to be able to turn off some of the automatic operations on a semi-permanent basis.

Excellent customer service when purchasing my car. Listened to what I wanted and gave suggestions of cars I hadn’t considered prior to a test drive.

This is the first explorer that I have owned in nearly 30 years. I am coming from a ram 1500. I am surprised how comfortable this explorer is I’m really enjoying the gas mileage between 21 to 23 in town. I have not taken a trip on the highway yet.

I would like to give my review for Jacob Jones, he was so nice and informative , very polite and helpful. I liked that he was not pushy to make a choice and let me take my time, I know if I need help for anything he will do his best to help me. Very happy with my choice and so glad he was my salesman. Everyone at the dealership was very nice and friendly.

Lawrence is a great guy. He helped me from start to finish with buying this brand new vehicle. Transits may not have been his specialty but he was patient and willing to learn so I can have the vehicle I need for my new lifestyle! I’d recommend him and interstate ford for a van or any vehicle.

I went to the dealership on Saturday and my mom Terri Connally was absolutely the best!! Got a 2020 Nissan Sentra SR and absolutely in love with it. My payments were going to be high. Great experience. Alllowed me to test drive the vehicle without a salesperson riding along, which gave me a chance to really get the full picture of the vehicle and all of the electronics in the car. Kirk, wasn’t pushy with any of the ‘extras’ the dealership likes to add. Smooth process to finalize a price and then signed all the final paperwork via electronic docs because I was leaving town later that day. Jason the finance personnel was easy to work with also and made it so simple to finance the vehicle.

The time to complete the oil change and tire rotation was done in the time frame promised. I was pleased with service provided by the service department.

Germain Ford sent a technician to my home to verify a recall did not present any problem on my 2014 F150 Lariat 4X4. The technician was prompt, courteous and thorough checking the sensors at the heart of the recall and installing updates to the software. What was really impressive was that this was during the 13” snowstorm. I expected a rescheduled appointment but they stayed on schedule, unusual nowadays, good business 👍
