I bought a used vehicle there this summer. It was a 2014 C300, my first purchase with Mercedes-Benz. I had a few issues within the first few months. I had to take my vehicle into service on a few occasions. Each time I worked with Dennis Bowling, the service advisor. I have to give Dennis credit because I am not the easiest person to get along with, especially when I have to bring my car back to service for the same continuing problem. Each time Dennis was very courteous and professional,and gave me a loaner vehicle so that I wasn't sitting around the waiting area. The problems were eventually resolved, and in the end, that's all that matters. Dennis is a good guy. Definitely recommend him if you need something fixed. Great dealership. I will buy another vehicle from there in the near future.
Infiniti of Dayton, and specifically, Jerome Smart and Zack Field, are superb in all ways. Have worked with Jerome in the past and he is a first-class person as well as an honest and very energetic and competent sales manager. And Zack, although I have have just known him a short time, is very supportive and knowledgeable about all products. A joy to work with.
I recently purchased a vehicle and was helped by Mike Dobson, who was such an awesome person. He helped me out so much and was so down to earth. The guy literally ran his tail off to help me. Then the sales manager Sam was just great putting me in the perfect Nissan pathfinder!! I love it it's perfect!!

Although we did not purchase a new Kia, I would encourage anyone who is looking at this type of vehicle to ask for Greg Frankel. He is knowledgeable and keeps a nice relaxing tone in the sales experience. We actually drove back to the dealership to thank Greg in person and apologize for not buying from him. Even then he was gracious and friendly. The only reason we did not buy is that Kia didn't have quite the vehicle we were looking for. This is our fourth Kia purchase from this dealership in 3 years so obviously they are doing something right! We have a Soul, an Optima and just purchased a Sportage. The gas mileage is what keeps us coming back. My husband traded in his Soul for a new one and it is the most comfortable car for a long drive I have ever been in. It beat out the Honda minivan, the Toyota minivan, and a Dodge Durango, and they were all top of the line. His Soul is the turbo so it???s bigger than the average Soul. I am hoping my Sportage is the same! I was driving the Optima but gave it to our 20yr old son who has driven a 1996 Jeep Cherokee for the last 4 years! I think we are all happy!
Chuck Cantor is great to work with! They did a nice job on our seats. I noticed the seatbelt was twisted on my way out of the parking lot. Chuck apologized, got the car right back into service and had us on the road in about 10 minutes with the problem fixed. I just wish they were closer. I was a little scatterbrained that day and Chuck was very gracious.
Ince Linauts. An excellent representative of the brand! Knowledgeable, flexible, and never 'pushy.' Visited a couple other Volvo dealerships, but came back to Cincinnati North because of Ince. Also appreciated your pricing/negotiation process. No back and forth nickel and diming. Then there's the product. World class.
We dealt with T.j. for the majority of the process of our car purchase. We came in wanting a used altima and found a great selection. Had everything from older ones to newer ones no options to full of options. Ran payments on a few cars. got me a much lower interest rate than other places. He seemed to really care about not only me but my family! I look forward to buying mulitple cars from him!

Purchased a 2007 Saturn Outlook, Matt was our salesman. Very friendly, not overbearing, told us of the qualities of the vehicle and let us look at our own pace. Test drove and was very happy but the car was on empty and the gas light was on. Matt said he'd take care of it. He had $20 dollars put in which filled the car halfway(Which is very generous compared to past buying experiences elsewhere......$5.00 or just enough to get you to the gas station up the street) He worked quickly to get the loan started, I didn't like that there was no wiggle room in the price, but honestly we were still getting the car at a reasonable deal so I can't complain, didn't hurt to try though! The whole process from arrival to leaving with the car took no more than an hour and a half tops.....if that. They worked very quickly and we are very happy with the car and the experience. I will be sure to recommend Busam Nissan and Matt to anyone looking for a quality used or new car Jonathan and Tammy Risen - Colerain, Ohio.
We purchased a 1998 Maxima 15 years ago from Busam Nissan. This weekend we purchased a 2013 Altima from Busam. In the 15 year period between these purchases, nothing has changed. Great service, good deals, personal attention and a truly wonderful car buying experience. Thea and I were discussing our experience with Busam Nissan this morning saying that the experience was so comfortable that if for some reason we found out that we could have purchased the Altima and saved more money elsewhere it would make no difference. We've been customers of Busam Nissan for 13 years. During that time, we've mostly worked with Ken & Stephan in the service department; they are EXCEPTIONAL and always make sure we are taken care of. That same care and attention was given to us when we decided it was time to purchase a new car. We were assured going in that we'd be taken care of and we were.
Ali Clarke was awesome, down to earth, and I felt no pressure from her that I HAD to buy and I ended buying a beautiful used Nissan from her. She is great and made my car purchasing experience memorable and exciting. I’m so happy with my new car and very appreciative of her help and patience with me.
The rest of the staff I had contact with were all very friendly and welcoming. Every greeted me with a smile and made me feel like a valued customer.
