I just picked up my king ranch on tuesday 8/4/26 and my salesman Shaun Miller meet me at the dealership on his day off to show me the truck. I never felt pressured or rushed into making a decesion. I am an older guy and have purchased many trucks and I will say by far this was by best experience I have ever made from sales and yes even the finance manager went very smooth and also was very professional. The most surreal experience of the year. After finding the car on TriCounty's website within 5 minutes, I called, quickly arrived at a deal and the next morning was in and out with the car with in an hour. It completely felt like was prepped like a new car, even had a completely full tank of gas (over 600 miles worth). When I came back shortly after to pick up and have the new plates installed, it was returned to me freshly washed (the salesperson even put on the Registration Sticker). Even had the Title ready. It shouldn't be that effortless and enjoyable ... should it. (in the middle of COVID for that matter)
