I met Michael Krantz, the AutoNation Sales Representative who assigned to me by the Manager of the Service Department who I had met through my daughter, Shelby, who has having her car serviced (she drives a Ford Bronco) when I bought a car on March 19th at AutoNation when Shelby and I asked for a great salesperson to help us. Michael spent a lot of time listening to my reasons for wanting to downsize my car and how great it would be do have a truck for once (I was also moving this same week and that truck came in handy). What both he and Kyle Jones came up with for financing options met my needs and I was able to get a new truck the next day (and they even let me drive it off the lot the day before (I had closed the office as the last customer of the day) left and gave me a great financial package that got me what I wanted (and needed). A great experience. I went in on a Friday after work with my vehicle already picked out that I'd actually seen here on cars.com. The Associate was SO helpful and they made my requests work! I traded in my 2021 for a 2025, and I love my new car! Also, the finance manager was also great. Very nice and funny! I think my salesman was named Joseph. I was literally the last person there that night and profusely thanked them for being patient with me and they did the same. Would highly consider going back in the future! Now I'm off to ride into the sunset in my 2025 Subaru Outback!

They did a professional job on the repairs and LOF, will continue to use them for servicing in the future and when I decide to upgrade.

The sale of the vehicle was seamless and very simple. The dealership delivered the vehicle to my house and the paperwork was all ready for me to sign. Completed in under 15 minutes. Only downfall was that the trade-in we did, may take up to 30 days for the dealership to pay off. Did get a surprise, after just over a hundred miles, we have to take the vehicle in for an oil change, wasn't expecting to be going to the dealership so quickly. Other than that, I highly recommend this dealership. Joe was great!!!
