The experience with the car salesman, Julio, was amazing. Julio took care of me and dedicated his time to helping me get the truck I wanted. I appreciate everything Julio did for me, and I recommend that other people speak with him about buying from the dealer. I also do not find it fair that car salesmen are judged entirely for other departments' mistakes, especially those that car salesmen have no control over. I would not judge a waiter for bad food; therefore, a scorecard should not judge a car salesman for finance mistakes. As a learned lesson, include your salesmen in your deal and go over the paperwork after you are done with these other areas they take you on the dealer. Their report card from the survey directly impacts the salesmen, and even if you get a bad experience in finance, they will blame it on the salesmen. Thanks for your help, Julio!

If I could rate my experience with 100 stars I would! This dealership does not pay on commission which made the whole experience less stressful and they have a great inventory along with a great staff. My husband and I went to this dealership because they had all the vehicles I was interested in test driving. When we arrived we were greeted by Vanessa. Let me tell you how lucky we were to have her. She is so caring, enthusiastic, took pride in her work and was never pushy. Once we narrowed it down to purchasing a 2021 Ford bronco she was very thorough in explaining everthing as we went through the paperwork and options. I feel like I gained a friend after working with Vanessa. Even after I bought the bronco she continued to text me to make sure everything was alright and even mailed us a thank you card, which I greatly appreciated. Then during our purchase, we were blessed with Tyler who jumped in to help. He knew everything about broncos and sat with us for over an hour pointing out the different features and answering my 5 million questions. I have had my 2018 F-150 serviced there Chaz is the main service guy i work with, but I got Ashley and Zackary. Been to other dealerships this by far the best in colorado since 1992 and Ford has all i have purchase from.

Never got good answer on phone charger not working. All miscommunication he told me were resolved. He never talked to manager. He made decisions on the negotiations.

I haven't bought a vehicle from Auto Nation yet but talking with them I didn't feel like they were pushing me into a high pressure sale. I have looked at other dealerships websites and didn't talk to anyone but I'm getting all these emails and phone calls. It's makes me feel like they are desperate for a sale. When I'm ready to buy, I will be checking out Auto Nation first.
