Mel, our service rep, went above and beyond to assist with my 2014 Ford Focus. I brought in the car for shifting hard. After talking and dropping off the car to Mel, he called me back a few days later with bad news, that my car needed new clutches installed. I was in disbelief, I had just had the clutches installed in November of 2017, as I explained to Mel. Mel sounded genuinely concerned, however, explained to me that he really had no other way to assist besides having the clutches replaced. Begrudgingly I said lets get the work done, I then was pondering whether or not I was going to keep the car, because I would rather not have to flip a $1600 maintenance bill every year for clutches. I then got a call back from Mel, about an hour after I conceited I will just fix the car and move on. He had great news, that the car was getting repaired under warranty, which meant no money out of my pocket. I was so excited and pleased to see that there indeed are people out there that truly believe in taking care of the customer, above and beyond. Thank you Mel and the individuals involved in making this happen for me. Thank you!
