We decided on a whim that we wanted a Bronco. We didn't want the hassle of sitting @ the dealership all day and wait and haggle. Our salesperson, Rodney Hutson, made this transaction as seamless and easy as possible. I talked to him over the phone, he gave me the car numbers to look up online, we came in, and within hours we were in our new Bronco, and he had taken over our TWO car payments. We have had service here before, and they were great. Now I will be buying all our cars there also!! And we LOVE our 2023 Ford Bronco Big Bend. My wife has that top down all the time. It is just a FUN SUV to drive, and way beefier than the Bronco Sport we had. Rodney Hutson was GREAT, and the Finance guy Nick got all the paperwork done so fast, but explained everything to a T.

I purchased a vehicle from Interstate Ford on June 5, 2026, and I cannot speak highly enough of the experience. From start to finish, the process was smooth, simple, and incredibly fast. What truly sets this dealership apart, however, is their commitment to the customer after the sale. After only three days of owning the car, I experienced a major powertrain failure. When I called the dealership, they immediately stepped up. They had me tow the vehicle to a local dealer where it was repaired under the warranty provided by Interstate Ford, and they even covered a portion of the bill. Additionally, after identifying a few other safety-related concerns with the vehicle, Adam Gilbert, the sales manager, and the entire Interstate Ford team have been proactive. They have personally ensured me that they are doing everything in their power to correct these issues to provide a safe, reliable vehicle for my family. Purchased a new 2025 Bronco Sport Big Bend. Everything went smoothly. Everyone was courteous and knowledgeable. When I got the car home I noticed there was a small dent above the left tail light. I sent a picture and they will contact me soon with resolution of the issue. How that is resolved could change my rating. This is the third car I have bought from them so I recommend them often.
