AND they accomplished it all in under 3 hours, including pickup. They listened to exactly what I wanted and never played any of the awful car-buying games that I've experienced at other dealerships. Marvin went above and beyond to make sure my phone would work exactly as it should with the new Escape (the 2015 model I had never did). My husband has been buying from them for years and I should have listened to him before now. Can't imagine going anywhere else.

I had a recall for my Toyota RAV4 and Jacob Mitchell was my rep for this. I chose a date that worked for me. He checked me in immediately, and while the car was worked on I asked towing and hybrid questions with a salesperson (super helpful and not pushy...I got to drive the conversation). Then I got a free fresh brewed coffee and watched TV for 5 minutes. Jacob came to me and told me it was done. He gave me an explanation of what was done and a reminder that my rear brakes needed work soon. Excellent job Jacob and Toyota!
