My salesperson Luis,was pleasant. He explained they couldn't make an offer on my trade because of its age. I was told to sell it privately. The next day I checked back to start a cash purchase of my dream car. I was told someone had placed a deposit on this car. I didn't know I had an option to do that! My mistake! I'm still looking for another dream car. I'm pretty picky. My salesperson could have explained my options better. I'm new to car shopping online, through pictures and written descriptions.
