Never disappoints! Another Great experience! I recently leased my 5th Ford vehicle from this Dealership! In my opinion Wickstrom and their family is the BEST dealership in the Country! Words that come to mind are; Professionalism, Loyal, Honest, Friendly, Non-Pressure, Educational, Transparent and Fun! It’s almost like they knew what vehicle was best for me before I even walked in the door. The one I would love the most, while staying in my budget and expectations! On this most recent experience I was expecting to trade in my previous Lease due to affordability and being several thousand miles over my allowed milage. Ryan Dicken the Financial Manager (as he always does), explained things very well, so I could understand. What was the most cost effective and would save me the most money, both up front and in the long run! At Wickstrom they actually look out for you, save you money, never make you feel pressured, and not try to just sell you a vehicle to maximize their profits. Throughout my entire experience, even months prior to my Lease being up. Chris Krason was Fantastic! He amplifies everything I stated above. After contacting the dealership via cars.com I received an email communication from a sales representative saying the car was in stock and available to view. I wrote back and stated, I would be available the following day in the afternoon and left my phone number. After not hearing back from the sales representative. I drove to the dealership the next day and walked into the store. The few sales people that were in the showroom appeared to be busy with other customers and no one was at the welcome desk. I looked at the car outside near the front of the store, but left a few minutes later. The sales person did follow up with me the next day and apologized as it was their day off when I was there. I appreciated the communication, but did purchase a new car at another dealership.

Zeigler Ford of North Riverside review
The service department has always been quick, especially when I use their Quick Lane service. They told me recently too that they now have a mobile unit that goes to your house or work and they can also pick up your vehicle, so I might try that next time so I don't have to take time off of work to get it fixed.

CarMax Virginia Beach review
The sale people were very knowledgeable , and was a pleasure to do business with. She had the service department clean the car prior to delivery and they did not half clean anything. The windows, interior seats, and carpet was not cleaned as good as previous car dealers had done. Overall Sale personnel are fine, Service personnel are not as good.
