What truly set them apart, though, was that they proactively identified and repaired two additional issues that I wasn’t even aware of—also completely under warranty. There was no incentive for them to point these out other than doing the right thing and providing exceptional customer service. That level of honesty and thoroughness is rare, and honestly not what you expect to find in a dealership. Britt McKee was so wonderful. She met me at the dealership after I got off work and stayed there with me until after 8:00 that night until I purchased my truck. Special shout out to the gentleman in management and the gentleman in finance who also stayed an hour past closing time. I purchased the perfect used Toyota Tacoma. The only thing that was wrong with it was an air conditioner switch, which they replaced. They even delivered my truck to my house which is over an hour away free of charge. I?d buy from them again, no doubt.
