The only thing that was wrong with it was an air conditioner switch, which they replaced. They even delivered my truck to my house which is over an hour away free of charge. The objective: Obtain a 2026 Mustang Eco Boost Fastback after having an enjoyable two years with a 2024 Pony Convertible. I had the option of selling the '24 privately or turning into JJ. Happy to report JJ put forth a trade allowance that made the decision an easy one. The '26 was built on April 21 and arrived at JJ within a couple of days. Then, reprising the 2024 experience, JJ delivered my Molten Magenta Metallic Pony less than 48 hours later. I cannot avoid repeating myself (2024 review) - JJ and specifically Mandi provided exceptional service - totally customer focused and anticipated every question. Consummate professionals! I was looking at buying a 2014 Toyota Corolla and Willie was the 1st person I talked to at the dealership. There was absolutely no pressure from the start of the conversation to even buy the vehicle. Before we even talked about anything sales wise he recommended that I take a look at the car and test drive it before anything to make sure it was everything I wanted. Even during the test drive, we didn't talk about buying the car, it was just a normal conversion. After test driving the vehicle I needed to think about it and even then Willie never tried to keep me at the dealership to try and buy the car. He followed up with me a few days later to see how everything was going and even put the car on hold for me so no one else would take it/buy it. I ended up not buying the vehicle this time, after thinking about it for a few days. The customer service I received and the atmosphere that, i'd have to say Willie created, was Fantastic and would highly recommend asking for him if you are looking for a car. I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received, and will be going back to him towards the end of the year to then purchase a vehicle.
